В этой квартире полный развал. Это не похоже на то, что вы видите на фотографиях, не дайте себя обмануть. Мы зарегистрировались в 8 вечера. При входе в само здание пахло сыростью. После регистрации нас встретила еще большая сырость. На диване было пятно, а полы не были вымыты должным образом. Очень сожалею, что не взял с собой одноразовые шлепанцы. Я пытался связаться с Хеленой и Хорхе, но удивился, что они оба заканчивают работу в 18:00. Простыни тоже были грязными. Мы не могли избавиться от ужасного старого запаха, который стоит в квартире. Во время этого я связался с **********, но у нас не было другого выбора, кроме как выехать через час! К счастью, мы нашли другой местный отель. Владельцы утверждают, что в 8:15 они требуют «решить проблему», однако я не слышал от них ни одного сообщения по электронной почте или звонка! Полагаю, нам пришлось бы подождать 12 часов и переночевать где-нибудь, где не так уж и плохо? Я снова связался с ними, но безрезультатно, и они даже не удосужились сообщить мне, что посетили квартиру, только через 6 дней. Агент, через которого я забронировал номер, пытался позвонить им на выходных, и я снова попробовал, когда вернулся в Лондон, но она сказала, что то, что я сказал о квартире, неправда. Она также спросила, почему я поговорил с ней только сегодня, хотя со мной, как и с агентом, явно связывались уже несколько дней. Худшее обслуживание клиентов, которое я когда-либо испытывал во время путешествий. Не бронируйте здесь, если вы не хотите чувствовать себя некомфортно и быть окруженным сырыми и лживыми владельцами! EN: I am sorry to write an absolutely negative review. This is the first time I have ever done this, but I cannot avoid it because I must report a case of MISLEADING ADVERTISING. The guest house has an excellent location in the beautiful city center of Braga. The standard room is small but well furnished. The guest house would have all the features to be potentially very attractive. Unfortunately, much of the features mentioned both on the hotel website and on Booking are not there. The standard room is presented as an "apartment with a private entrance and a separate leaving room" This is false. It is a single room, also rather cramped. In fact, the description mentions an area of 30sqm, but in reality, I don't think it reaches 20sqm. On the direct website of the hotel, it is stated that the room has a sofa. We couldn't fit a suitcase, let alone if it is ever possible to place a sofa there... The bathroom is tiny. If you use the toilet you must hold the shower glass open. The description states that there is a bidet and that is not true. The list about in-room equipment is also untrue. For example, the description mentions the presence in the room of a washing machine (a detail that had made us lean toward choosing this guest house). The washing machine is present, but it is located in a closet on the ground floor right in front of the guest house's front door, at the mercy of anyone entering the building. And there, right, in front of the main entrance, one should hang out one's laundry.... The guest house does NOT have an elevator. Our room was located on the 3rd floor At the very least they should warn of the absence of an elevator for those who need it for medical reasons, as in our case. We pointed out to the front desk staff the discrepancies between the advertisement on booking and the actual condition of the hotel. The staff, embarrassed, agreed with us about everything and apologized. They told us that they have reported the error to Booking in the past and are waiting for them to make the necessary corrections. In any case, they informed us that they were unable to help us in any way. We then wrote to the owner who never responded to us. Should the owner contact us, reimburse us for all problems caused by the misrepresentations and correct the descriptions on the websites, we will update this review accordingly. Until then, condemning in the strongest terms those who resort to misrepresentation to promote their business in an intentionally deceptive manner, I can only strongly advise against this guest house.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the historic centre of Braga. Lovely little studio apartment, a thoroughly modern and tasteful conversion of 10 units in a 350 year old building belonging to the church next door. The facilities were excellent and ticked all our boxes and we were very appreciative of the friendly, helpful attention of Augusta who went “above and beyond” on check-in as we were delayed. Would highly recommend and definitely hope to return!

Excellent location amidst shopping and restaurants. New renovations, expect some teething issues. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Lovely ambience. Convenient work space. Good internet. Good value for money.

Great central location, very clean and great communication/staff, would easily stay there again next time we come back!

The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped except for a blanket that had been folded up dirty, and the coffee machine not working properly. BUT we had enormous trouble finding it as email said #77 and it is #67, the code for door was wrong, and there is no reception. We were helped by another guest and then got locked out on street later. Almost impossible to get through to owners/staff as we didn't have wifi in street and the Hotel.com app is broken!
