A decent choice if you’re coming for work or business. The hotel has a spacious common area with plenty of desks, meeting rooms, and sofas, which makes it easy to work or take calls. Other shared facilities include a kitchen, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. Breakfast is served at a café connected to their Noli 2 property, so if you book a room with breakfast you’ll need to walk there. It’s fine but not remarkable — limited options, and a bit disappointing since there’s a full restaurant on-site that serves meals later in the day. Not a big issue, but worth noting. Room amenities are quite mixed. I stayed in two different studio rooms - both had some unexpected conveniences like full utensils, a washing machine, and an oven, but oddly no TV or couch. Service is also limited: check-in is self-service, and staff are only available during certain hours. It’s definitely a lower service level than most hotels I’ve stayed at elsewhere, though perhaps that’s typical for Finland or this price range. Overall, it’s not a bad stay by any means. If you’re here for work and want a practical base in the area, it’s a solid option - just come with the right expectations.

This is a really 5 Stars Hotel in the heart of Helsinki.  The infrastructure, the amenities, the services are impeccable from check-in to check-out and everything in between. Doormen are courteous and friendly. The Housekeepers are friendly, meticulous and polite.  The Gym is one of the best in the hotel industry. It is so well equipped for all muscle groups you wish to work on.  When one of my friend’s room and some issues, it was immediately remedied and service recovery was swift and effective.  Our rooms were actually extended and drinks grated gratis to wow us. I must say Willem Hagedoorn (the Deputy Hotel Manager) was really generous! All 5 of us were very impressed by the high quality customer service and first class hospitality standard of  NH Collection - we were delighted!  I even got a Birthday surprise from the Guest Relations Manager. We stay at the Radisson Blue Plaza Hotel located at the central area, it’s very convenient for getting around as the main sightseeing spots are easily accessible, just 10-15 minutes walking distance. We are happy with the services, breakfast and facilities overall. One thing that I want to give credit to the hotel is that the toilet flush suddenly didn’t work on the second last day of our stay. The front desk officer immediately arranged a new room for us, which was just next door. The prompt response and arrangement was very much appreciated.

Легко поранить ноги и получить синяки, когда вы вставали с кровати, потому что вокруг кровати были деревянные планки. Нет полки для багажа; таким образом, багаж можно было открыть, только положив его на пол. Уединенность в оздоровительном центре была плохой. Дверь женской раздевалки могла напрямую вести в оздоровительный центр, но между дверью раздевалки и оздоровительным центром не было экрана. Когда вы переодевались, любой в оздоровительном центре мог четко видеть, что вы делаете в раздевалке. Вода в джакузи была недостаточно горячей. Было трудно связаться с ресепшеном по телефону, потому что никто не отвечал на телефонные звонки.

Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

Superb location, staff is super kind ! Very easy to walk around the city from the hotel. A pity the beers are so expensive, but that's the same for other places in the country.

The room we were assigned does not have a window. So, no natural light nor air. It has a huge column in the middle (1 meter of diameter), reducing the free movement in it. Very uncomfortable. In addition, there was no television, but a beamer with a big screen (no instructions to use available). All in all, the bedroom was clean but far from the standards one expects in this type of 4-star hotels. We arrived very late at night for the check-in at the reception and we were not asked or informed about these room conditions. We did not request the change of room as it was so late and we were tired after a very long trip.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay at Scandic Paasi – Clean, Stylish, and Comfortable Our group of friends from Vietnam had a very pleasant stay at Scandic Paasi during our recent trip to Helsinki. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and offered very good quality for the price. The rooms were modern, well-designed, and spotless. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge. We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed. Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.
