Сподобалось все. Заселення пройшло дуже швидко. На рецепції був адміністратор Павло, який володіє трьома мовами, і ретельно пояснив нам все про готель, також порекомендував сніданки. Їжа була неперевершена, все дуже смачно, всього вистачило. Була приємно здивована, що діти снідають у готелі безкоштовно. Номер та ванна кімната були просторі. Ліжка, подушки дуже комфортні. В номері були: телевізор, сейф, холодильник, чайник, посуд на три особи, рушники, фен та навіть праска. В номері було дуже тепло та комфортно. Я раджу цей готель.

Room was clean and staffs at the reception were kind. Only 8 minute-walk from the station so it was convenient. Stayed here to explore Bristol and Bath

Leonardo hotel was just perfect. The room was very clean and quiet (no noise from the street or other rooms). We were allowed to go to our room already at 1 pm while the room was ready.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in the world. My family had a great time, and all the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

Nice clean and new hotel. Entrance to the hotel is a bit difficult to find not being from the main road side. Amenities like toothbrush etc are payable, which was a let off. Overall good experience. 🙂

Everything was brilliant. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were fantastic and the location was perfect. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so so much for a pleasant experience.

Two night stay for a theatre show. Check in was 3pm, howere the friendly receptionist checked us in earlier as the room was available. Room more than adequate, with a comfortable bed, medium soft pillows, and clean/crisp bedding. Air con is fixed so it does not go lower than 19deg, whilst not a problem, it would be in the summer. Breakfast one morning (pay the night before and its £3 cheaper), plentiful with sufficient choices. The hotel is well located for the city centre either on foot or public transport that was regular and plentiful. We will stop here again later in the year Note: no guest parking on site, public car parks nearby which are expensive (we travelled by train)

Absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional kindness and care. Amy at reception surprised us by setting up our room with birthday treats for my partner, which was such a thoughtful touch. To top it off, we were given a complimentary upgrade that made our stay even more special. The hotel is centrally located, making it super convenient to explore the area. The shower was the best I've ever had in a hotel room! Towards the end of our trip, I unfortunately had a small accident, and the staff kindly let us stay in the room on our last day instead of asking us to check out. That level of understanding and hospitality is rare. We’re so grateful and can’t wait to return!

I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Bristol, and it was a pleasant experience overall. One of the best aspects was the location—just an 8-minute walk from Temple Meads train station. The weather was sunny, making the walk really enjoyable, though there are a few stairs along the way to keep in mind. We arrived earlier than expected at 10:30 AM and were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was already ready. That was a great start to our stay! Our room on the 7th floor was spacious and spotlessly clean, except for some permanent stains in the shower—not dirt, but not particularly nice to look at. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I honestly had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a while. It was also a lovely room for families with a child, as our kid finally got a real comfy bed rather than a wobbly open sofa bed. The lobby was a nice spot to relax after a day of walking around the city. They offer water for guests and even have some board games, which was a fun touch. Breakfast was decent, though not particularly memorable. My main issue was the lack of non-dairy options for making a cappuccino. While they offer non-dairy milks, it wasn’t possible to make a cappuccino with them unless you paid extra for a barista-made one. I found this disappointing, especially since more and more people are opting for dairy-free alternatives. It’s an area that could definitely be improved. It's not worth booking direct with the hotel as they don't bother to be competitive. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a well-located hotel, with just a few minor areas for improvement.

Staff very friendly, room clean but …. Asked for high floor & quiet room. Got the bottom floor overlooking main road. Car park outside but not contracted by hotel. No baths available in entire hotel. One bed small double and an unnecessary extra single. No large beds?? Breakfast mediocre buffet prepared without love - orange juice cheap, mushrooms tasted very odd as if cooked in bleach (obviously they weren’t). US style teabag with non-boiling water from coffee machine. No skimmed milk. Etc etc Coming back next weekend but to the hotel over the road - room options some with one large bed, some baths, robes, executive lounge rooms if desired. 2 nights for about the price of one at the Leonardo!

Lovely clean hotel, good choice for breakfast. Shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Room was l nice, pillows a bit hard. Only real negative, although the same with all hotels, the rooms are far too warm, so didn't sleep well.

Got allocated a disbaled room... which asked to change to a normal room but got told none left. Ony room that can swap to is a upgrade which cost £20 extra on top of price already paid... disappointing
