Экономическая эффективность отеля была лучшей по сравнению с ценой венгерского ресторана. Бассейн и джакузи в вестибюле лучше, чем на фотографиях Рыбацкой крепости.

Очень хороший отель с очень услужливым персоналом Завтраки очень хорошие, подаются в великолепном крытом зале. Очень хороший бассейн, к сожалению, в те дни, когда мы были там, джакузи были на ремонте. Уборка в коридорах оставляет желать лучшего (одна и та же грязь на полу уже 4 дня), а в воскресенье у нас в номере не убирались. Но в целом наше пребывание было очень хорошим

Very unprofessionally designed Spa area. Wet floors, people were also putting their wet and dirty feet on the seats in the sauna. The pool is significantly smaller than shown on the photo.

호텔에 여행을 위해 새로 구입한 휴대용 밧데리2개를 충전해놓은걸 깜빡잊고 급히 체크아웃하고 택시타자마자 알아서 설마 돌려주겠지 하고 볼일보고 프론트에 물었는데 딱잘라서 없다고 하더라 황당 !! 뭐라 했더니 전화하는 시늉 억지로 하고 또 없다고 말함 5성급호텔이 이런경우 처음 프론트도 불친절 하우스키퍼도 마찬가지 물건 놔두고 오면 바로 분실입니다 주의하세여 이 호텔은 추천못함

Good hotel in a prime location. Amenities can be improved. Hotel breakfast has the same spread daily.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Room upgrade and executive club access was great. Waiter in executive club was brilliant. Breakfast also very good. All in all a superb stay

5th floor room had an odour issue. We were moved and the room provided was good and amenitiies of a good quality. Hotel and rooms are well equipped, however is a little dated. Breakfast was good, varied and procided a pleadant atmosphere for guests to enjoy. Bar good. All staff were very friendly, professional and considerate. Pool is lovely as is the sauna etc. However, unable to get a lounger due to people leaving towels on them unattended. Stayed for just 30 minutes as a result, a shame. Small gym, with little air conditioning, however, good equipment. Overall, a very good hotel and somewhere we would happily return to.

A bit outside the old city center it is still walkable if you don’t mind a longer stroll. The building is certainly an old grand hotel. Live Music was played in the atrium dining area and in the lobby every night we were there which was quite audible in our room, though it stopped at around 10pm

Everything was amazing. Executive room big and clean. All communal areas immaculate. I will stay here again when next in budapest. The smell of the hotel is out of this world. I couldnt figure out where it was coming from but it always smelt so good!

Beautiful spa and public areas. The rooms need some attention and they are definitely not 5*.

Really loved it. Beautiful, elegant hotel, great location, the spa is lovely. Worth noting that you *do* have to book the spa inclusive rooms - I guess if you'd not realised that you might be annoyed. Breakfast is pretty great, bar is nice with good cocktails.

This was a grand hotel in a section of Budapest within easy walking distance of the old city. The included breakfast was amazing and the service very friendly. Only negative was dinner in the main restaurant as it didn't live up to the perfection of the rest of the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Very Good Hotel in a great location with very attentive staff also a nice spa and very comfortable beds great power shower and a champagne breakfast to start the day, all you would expect from a 5* Hotel would definitely come back to stay again.
