Pa atendentes são educadíssimos e prestativos.

It has been a long time since I’ve encountered such an unfriendly staff. The concierge barely looked up. He was very reluctant to give information or help of any kind and when he did it was wrong. I believe that he doesn’t know his right from his left. I was given wrong directions three times. You are better off with google maps. We arrived before check in time. We were tired and hungry. We are an older couple. We were not offered any food. There was no mercy. We waited 4 hours for our room to be ready. The room was dark. The bed was comfortable enough. The toilet area was tiny with a heavy door that always slammed shut. I would not recommend this hotel for older people or for large people

This hotel is simply awful. There is just no way this hotel can legitimately claim to be a 4 star hotel - more like a 2 star or bad 3 star. Also cannot comprehend all the positive reviews it has received. The bed is large, but mattress is soft and bouncy. The duvet is not in a cover, but between 2 flat sheets. To make it worse the duvet is full of stains. Gross. Bathrooms are grubby. Towels are threadbare and grey (at some point they were white, but not anymore). The basin counter top is tiny. The superior room (more on that later) is large, but lack decor and the walls and ceiling are in urgent need of a paint job. The breakfast is one of the poorest I’ve seen in many many years. Selection is pathetic. Only 1 person serving / cooking / cleaning so getting any service at all is virtually impossible. To make matters worse, we booked a superior room but were put into a standard room. No mention of this from the hotel - something we realized and had to complain after the first night before the matter was rectified. The area is fine and close to local attractions. Staff speak decent English and do try to help. My advice - do not stay here - there must be many better options out there.

Loved my stay in this small hotel. Reception staff and all staff helpful and friendly. Room clean. Nice seating area outside room and in various courtyards in the hotel. Room was large. Very high ceiling. But a little dark. No over head light. Air con good. Breakfast was simple but plenty to eat ready for a day exploring the city. As a lone female traveller in my 60s I liked how secure the hotel was. The area around was also fine to walk around.

I was at this hotel just last week and we stayed for 3 days. The courtyard of this hotel is very cute and we spent more time there than in our room. The staff are very friendly and speak English very well. They are very accommodating and ever so helpful. Don’t be alarmed when you first pull up to the hotel as the area looks very seedy but in fact is very safe and in a great location. The one thing I need to make everyone aware of is how terrible the bathrooms are! I had to shower with my flip flops on as I wouldn’t let my bare feet touch the floor. The toilet didn’t flush properly and you had to continuously fiddle with the handle to stop it from running. There was mold and mildew everywhere and we had a nice big bug in the shower to greet us one morning. I’m not normally one to give poor reviews but want to share the reality of what you’re getting when renting a room from this place. I would love to give a higher rating because of the awesome staff and cute courtyard but the state of the bathroom trumps that unfortunately.

Very good hotel in BA! I stayed just one night. I loved the atmosphere and design. The front staff were VERY friendly and helpful- they arranged a taxi to get me at the airport and also let me leave a bag for a few days while I went to Uruguay- even though I was not staying with them upon return (I was headed to the airport, so it wasn't like I was going to another hotel). Very good location and walkable to some good restaurants. The breakfast was a bit limited.

The manager is sexist and ******. He would not let me stay in my reserved rooms that I already paid for and refused to refund my reservation. He did not let me stay because I had 4 luggages. One from checked luggage on the plane from the U.S. to Argentina and One carry on bag and a purse and business laptop bag. He said I could stay at the park and sleep there. I begged him to let me stay and he said no. I had to find another hotel fast and pay for that one too. Now, no refund. It is fraud. Do NOT stay there.
