The views from our room were spectacular. Lovely clean pool. The host was very kind and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The rooms were clean and spacious. Even with the router in our room we couldn’t connect to the internet. We were unable to get hot water for a shower?

AMAZING !!! The food, the seating, the service, and the vibes were all amazing! We spent 5 nights here and found everyone very helpful. Thank you to all the staff, from the housekeeping , reception, guest relations and restaurants , room service . We will certainly book here again when we return to Burhaniye Balikesir .

The hotel accepted our reservation in April 2022 for 33 Euros per night. 6 Days prior to us checking they cancelled the reservation via email advising us "we cancelled due to your request". We made no such request and contacted **********, through whom we had booked. ********** spoke to the owner who told them that the cancellation was due to "construction" a very different story than the "you requested to cancel". All in all it was quite a negative and stressful experience. The hotel had no thoughts as to how this last minute cancellation on their part was impacting our holiday, they just wanted to increase the price and sell the room at a rate 3 times higher. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and they admitted that an employee had entered the price incorrectly. Poor management and a disregard for their customers meant that no one noticed this for 3 months and then decided to just cancel our stay on the 6th of July. It is infuriating and disappointing the such poorly run establishments are allowed access to internet platforms. The hotel is clearly not up to world standards and should not be advertised to a wide audience. After much back and forth on WhatsApp they did say we could stay for free but at this point it was just not palatable. Our reservation was cancelled and we did not relish the idea of turning up with the possibility of no room being available. Not the Turkey experience we were looking for.

Ailem ile birlikte üç günlüğüne gittiğimiz tesis de bu kadar memnun ayrılacağımızı hiç düşünmemiştim . Her şeyin en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünüldüğü muhteşem bir tesis . Giriş anımızda bizi karşılayan beyefendi çok ilgili kibar ve güler yüzlüydü. Aşçıbaşı ve mutfak ekibi çıkış günümüze kadar bizle her gün iletişim halindeydiler . ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim . Otelde yemekler çok lezzetli pide ve lahmacunları özellikle muhteşemdi. Tüm personelleri çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Bir personelden bir şey istediğimizde her zaman memnuniyetle diyerek isteklerimizi anında gerçekleştirdiler. Ayrıca otel denize sıfır ve mavi bayraklı çok özel bir plajı var bölgeye özel nesli tükenmekte olan kum zambakları plajlarında koruma altında sizler de görebilirsiniz . Fotograflarda mutfak olduğu için iki tip daire olduğunu farkına varamadık mutfak olmayan daireyi kiralamaşım orda anlayabildik farkını vererek mutfaklı daireyi aldık. Konum olarak güzel. Havuzu kullanmadım ama havuzu var Ören Halk plajına aracla 5dk öneririm. Genel olarak temiz ben sorun yaşamadım. Kullanım suyu iyi değil yaptığım çay güzel olmadı. Çaysız yapamayanlar kendi demligini ve suyu temiz su alın. Temizlik konusunda hassas iseniz kendi mutfak gereçlerini götürebilirsiniz.

Mükemmel !!! Erpey Hotele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren , güler yüz ile karşılandık . Ailecek kalınabilecek huzur dolu bir aile işletmesi . Otel tek kelimeyle harikaydı yemekleri havuzu çok güzeldi çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü özellikle kahvaltıya bayıldık . Odalar de her şey düşünülmüş çay kaşığından micro dalga fırına kadar her şey mevcut . Odalar deniz manzaralı ve muhteşem bir panaromik manzara var . Oda servisi mexico burger çok iyiydi .. Tekrar geleceğiz .
