Сначала я бронировала отель с видом на море, но вида на море не было....скорее тогда мы все справимся. Нас всех было четверо взрослых и двое маленьких детей младше 2 лет. Мы остановились в этом отеле на 5 ночей и 6 дней в ноябре 2022 года. Номера были нормальные. Но 1) уборка была худшей; мы должны сказать персоналу, чтобы он убирал наши номера ежедневно. 2) Кухня в отеле была худшей, так как мы заказывали чай, а обслуживающий персонал готовил ее, и это было худшее. (Совершенно невкусно) 3) Поскольку я сказал, что у нас двое детей, обслуживающий персонал просит с нас 1500 рупий как штраф за неуборку в комнатах, и, как всем известно, дети едят меньше и больше тащатся. Итак, мы просим это которые сказали вам взимать с нас штраф в размере 1500 долларов, они сказали, что владелец просит об этом, а затем мы говорим им, что хотим поговорить с вашим владельцем, но ответа не последовало. Итак, сморчок этой истории таков. этот персонал жалуется на гостя и пытается получить ненужную сумму. 4) Нет парковки в отеле 5) Худшее обслуживание Портит настроение, так как все едут отдыхать, получать удовольствие и т. д. Лучше забронировать хороший отель. Удачи, счастливого пребывания.......

Hotel rooms were so clean service from owner of hotel was excellent there is no restriction as mentioned in terms and conditions

Worst experience and water problem no t provided hot water and no room service and cleaning ac not working proper

1- bath room is terrible didnt have toilet hand spray 2- toilet window is partialy broken 3 - room is not clean, can see lipstick on wall, dirty walls 4- bedsheet and pillows were not clean 5 - room window is wooden and have small holes can see room from outside through this hole 6 - didnt have mattress for toilet and room 7- didnt provide water bottle initially after confirming booking is via make my trip app they provide a single bottle of water. And no glasses found in room 8-minifridge is working but found crockroaches inisde fridge initially, 9 receptionist asked half rent amount for early checkin of 2 hrs 9- reception men smells alcohole 10 - toilet towel were old and not clean 11- very less space for parking. Only positive thing is hotel is very near to sea

Rooms were terrible. Bed sheets and toilet were not good. No hand washe, no towel provided by hotel. No one would to stay these kind of hotel.

First of all there is no parking for car here, when i asked reception guy as he is the only guy in this hotel to answer me, he replied there is no parking for car and you have to pay in paid parking at baga beach. When i asked how much is the parking charges answered don’t have any idea very rudely. There is nothing in the room, no fridge is there as per mentioned, there is tv but it is not working, there is ac but no remote to change temperature there, no food available. Room is very dirty and bathroom as well and no hygiene maintained, i think make my trip should remove it from its platform. The only positive about this property is that it is near to baga beach.

Very dirty room. Very very dirty toilet. Zero service. Bed was noisy. Remote of the ac was missing. Towel and bed sheet were not at all clean. In short everything was dirty. No place for parking.

Good property. Five minutes walking from baga beach. Washroom can be more clean and practical. Affordable tarriff.

My recent three-day stay at this place was far from satisfactory. Not only did the room lack cleanliness and maintenance, but the absence of parking facilities added to the inconvenience. The bedding had stains, surfaces were dusty, and the overall hygiene left much to be desired. On top of that, the place had no parking option, making it inconvenient for guests. The staff's lackluster performance further dampened the experience, with their unhelpful and disinterested demeanor. With these combined issues, i find it challenging to recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Bathroom was not ok and whole room was smelling with cigarette. As per rate this hotel was ok, it is near to baga beach just 5 min away

No service at all, bed is broken, matrix is in very bad condition, no room cleaning no water bottle room service not available very bad experience just a room like rented bad

The Guest House is clean and good 😊 And the owner and staff are also very good and cooperative. The location is nearby the sea sunset view point of the Baga beach and 5 minutes walking distance and within a kilometres from tito lane. And it is a budget friendly Guest House for Family and bachelors.
