Premier Inn Milton Keynes (Willen Lake)

Deputy manager was aggressive and started shouting in my face whilst I was trying to check in. Refused to give me her name for customer feedback, stating it was ‘GDPR’ so wasn’t allowed to give me even her first name. Felt incredibly uncomfortable the entire stay. Shame as I’ve stayed here 4 times in the last 10 months without issue. But can safely say I’ll never return!

Very comfortable stay at Willen Lake Premier Inn. Staff welcoming on arrival with very swift check in. Comfy room and the most amazing breakfast next door at the Brewers Fayre - massive selection and variety - you will not go hungry!

Enjoyed the lake and had a very good rest while working remotely .Foods delicious , staff's friendly and kind . Excellent customer service .

Slightly below standard Premier compared to others I have used in the past. t is possible that rooms and beds have shrunk since I last used a Premier Inn a few years ago, as this is a new building so that is not the reason. In the past I have been very impressed, this time I was slightly disappointed. It was clean and cheerful enough, but pillows and towels were hard, generally more basic than I remember. I also hate windows that don't open, so did not sleep well, but that is probably a not a factor for everyone.

We had a great stay here for our wedding anniversary. Premier Inn is always our first choice, due to great price and locations. Friendly, helpful staff, fabulously clean, lovely quiet area, and generally just a no frills relaxing stay.

We stayed here on the eve of a funeral we were very pleased with the room which we upgraded to premier we had a meal deal so got 2 course evening meal and a drink and breakfast next morning and they were both very good and the breakfast was buffet but everything was fresh and very tasty

On arrival you park in the car park outside, you then must download an app to pay for your parking, In reception there is a discount code to get cheaper parking BUT that's where the problem starts, at first the app didn't work ( not sure why they didn't just use a simple app like Ringo!) When it started to work, the payment screen just kept whirring away, after a few minutes it stopped working. I had to redo it on my hubby's phone for it to eventually work. The reception staff were friendly. We booked a Premier plus room in advance and when we got in there it was clean and spacious. The shower is good and the bed comfortable, although slightly disappointed that it was creaky. There was the usually tea/coffee making items, but with an extra addition on a mini coffee machine. The mini fridge had 2 bottles of water in. Despite the parking situation, we would stay again.

Very impressed with the new Premier Inn at Willen Lake. We enjoyed our stay at the old one before this new build so our expectations were high but were very happy with this new one. Every member of staff we met were friendly and welcoming. Helping to hold doors etc. We were impressed that there is electric vehicle charging on site. Chargeable car park. It took me a while to work out how to use the touch operated hairdryer but cool technology! Comfy bed, clean room and great shower! Cocktails before bed and buffet breakfast at the next door Brewers Fayre are so recommended! The pub even has an outside kids play area. It’s a shame that it doesn’t face the lake or have balconies off the bedrooms like the old one. NB: The Brewers Fayre is not an physically connected to the Premier Inn so you need to leave the building. NB: There is a fantastic outdoor kids play area less than a 5 minute walk away at Willen Lake which our kids enjoyed! Plus ducks, geese & swans to feed. A splash pad in the summer, water sports, pedalos and a ferris wheel, plus walking distance from Gulliver’s Land. It felt a lot like Center Parcs to us! Would 100% stay again.

Came for an Uncles wedding in Milton Keynes, which was recommended by a family member. Our stay in the hotel was amazing. The staff were nice and friendly. Thier breakfast was delicious and we filledour bellys. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Top notch.
