A small, quiet place away from the crowds. Personalized attention that comes with it. A boutique hotel feel, with the familiarity and comfort of a known brand. I am a Neemrana regular and am glad I chose to stay with the chain again in Goa. I stayed with my family at the property for 3 days. We had the place to ourselves given that it was an off-season. While we would have liked some company, we had adequate co****sation in the form of personalized attention from the staff- Surendar, Kaushal, and all the other members of the staff made us feel like we were at home. We were asked for our preferences each time we had breakfast, high tea, or dinner. There were some issues with the bathroom that needed the staff's attention but were taken care of once brought to their notice. I would be glad to recommend the property to anyone wishing to explore South Goa and looking for an off-beat place. Do take care to book a car given the remoteness of the place. Also, do factor in the fact that the nearest external restaurant options (the nicer ones) are a good 8-10 km away. The in-house restaurant though has plenty of options so you will not feel bored.

Hotel staff were too nice and cooperative, Mr. Surender was very humble and takes good care of me. It was truly an amazing experience. Property was very clean and maintain. I like most the collection of shells they have. Rooms are good. Since they don’t have much choice of food, but whatever available was very good in taste..

It takes about 80 minutes to reach the hotel from Dabolim airport. The final stretch of the road is quite narrow; the hotel is located in a village at a place where a river meets the ocean. It is a truly idyllic, picturesque and serene location where you can either go for riverside walks or just chill in a reclining chair with a book in your hand. There are just 9 rooms in the hotel; the rooms are spacious, clean and well arranged. The charming guest ***ager, Ms Korine, was extremely polite and very helpful making sure that we had a very comfortable stay. There are no eating places or shops nearby apart from the restaurant at the hotel, where the food was quite good. No alcohol is available on site. The scenery from the window of gently flowing river and swaying palm trees is bewitching. If you are a nature lover preferring a quiet hotel in a tranquil village for a relaxing break, look no further. If you are a youngster looking for action, this may be a wrong choice!

we are enjoying this great hide away! the ***ager and her team are treating us very well and doing a great job, the freshly cooked food is excelent! it is so nice and peacefull here, cosy and homely. we will be back !

This property is amazing. Need to visit to experience. The rooms are spacious, well lit. Food quality is too good. They have got a great spread and the combination is good. Ambience is great. Worth spending

It was one of a unique experience I have had. Considering we had a long stay and we were the only in the Villa, it felt as if the whole place is our own. Being there in the month of September which is not at all a touristic season, we were fortunate enough to have this whole place to our own. The rooms will give you a 20th century royal experience and the river view made it worth. The place was so well maintained even when there were no other guests. And the monsoon made it way more beautiful. The service was really good, caretakers were very friendly and they were catering our every needs. It is definitely a worthy experience to have.

Beautiful property hidden in South Goa. We really enjoyed the food and hospitality. The staff are efficient and friendly. They took very good care of us. Keep up the good work Team Neemrana three waters. Highly recommended for discerning travelers who are looking to experience the hinterland of Goa.

When we reached there, we thought it is not as per our expectations. But by the evening, we started realising the beauty of this place. It felt so calm, serene, cosy and relaxing. Betul river and the sunset at the fort nearby was just so beautiful. The bed was so comfortable, it didn’t feel the need to go out as we had already explored South Goa for last 3 days and needed only this kind of place to refresh and relax ourselves. My husband really enjoyed the sea food and non veg there. I am a vegetarian, liked their pastas and grilled vegetables with mashed potatoes. Their presentation was so good. Our all requests were taken care of very well. Thank you Koreen 😊
