Great location and extremely friendly staff! The room was clean and spacious. It’s close to all the major shops, restaurants, and bars. 10-15 minutes walk from the Cardiff Castle. It is close to the Cardiff University area and about twenty minutes walk to Mermaid Quay. Would stay again.

It’s not hot in the afternoon so that u can’t stay there until the sunset.

Blood stains in bed they moved me to different room but rooms are not good

Clean, spacious, cheap, close to city and transport. However, shower was poor, room was cold and not able to adjust heater. TV remote did not work (wanted to watch Netflix of an evening and couldn't) The poor do outweigh the good, but for a cheap stay with close transport links it's ok. Don't expect great things

Good location, comfy bed nice bedding Good breakfast. Friendly staff Dated rooms very tired. Stained carpet. Very old bathroom. Windows do not open and NO air Con in room which made sleeping really bad. Was a fan to blow hot air around and free water Fine if you get a good rate but mine was extremely expensive over £300 for 1 night (as Cardiff was very busy) photos online make rooms look better than they are (or mine at least) I will not stay again

Great location, especially for motor point arena. The room was basic, but clean and a comfortable bed. All the staff were very friendly. Would stay again. Would have given 5 for facilities but the lifts were not working, so had to walk Up stairs to the 9th floor, walked off our breakfast. They were soon repaired and they apologised for the inconvenience.

Amazing overall

酒店位置很好，就在卡迪夫火車站和市中心商業街旁，離城堡也很近，步行十幾分鍾就到了。家庭房間挺大，衞生間也不小，但住兩天，卻沒有人收拾衞生，垃圾桶也不倒，服務很一般。

房間沒有可以開的窗户，非常悶熱。只有一個風扇。而且窗户都貼上了防窺膜。根本看不到外面。本來外面應該非常漂亮。住的很壓抑。

房間較大，適合雙人居住，屋外的景色很接地氣。
