It's a Motel 6.
Staff was friendly and allowed us to check in early. Room was clean for the most part. I didn't exactly feel safe around the area though since there were some sketchy people walking around the parking lot high as a kite.

The room was nice, great shower but the vibes was weird and sketchy. The front desk didn’t want to pay some people their deposit back . And they hold my money for 20 minutes and several others to make sure u didnt smoke in the room. And a huge fight happened in the front with staff being judgement and only holding certain people deposit. But the stay before all that happen was nice and quite .

Every single time I stay here always a smooth no hassel check in and I don't think I've ever waited longer then ten minutes. Clean and safe and walking distance to all the shops.

Very Basic - hardly any light in the room. Light bulbs did not work, very dim.
The lobby had minimal furniture that was put away so no one could sit on them.
Not enough parking and some of the parking was in the dark and guys were hanging out at the entrances. A bit uncomfortable.
Good internet, friendly at the desk.

It was a good stay and a good area right across from the pavilion which was nice!! Only downside was I did kill three roaches in the room the first night but no more showed up after that

There were people hanging out in the hallway late at night because someone rigged the back door so it would not automatically close and lock itself. I managed to get it shut last night around 9 pm but someone again left it open. Serious security issue. Also there are homeless people passing through the parking lot, probably from a nearby encampment. Then the shower water took about 15 min to get warm. Very disappointed and will never stay there again.

Second time staying at this property, I will make this my home motel. Everything's going amazing, the rooms are a pretty good size and extremely clean

I believe this motel 6 was recently renovated in Oct 2023. I have stayed there multiple times and it is always a solid stay especially for the price. I've stayed at other motel 6 locations and this one is by far the safest, cleanest and friendliest. It's very close to the 405 freeway which connects to most other freeways in the LA area. For the night owls it's next to Nguyen's kitchen which is open very late. It's also next to a shopping center with several restaurants, a theatre, a Target, and an Aldi for any groceries.
