We stay room 310, 408 and 406. Room 310, the exhaust fan from ceiling is dripping with water and straight to toilet bowl. You will get wet while you will pee or pass motion.
There is no hand and face towel provided at all. no room slippers and door card is not working. I need to open by keys manualy. It is very hassle. The toilet alot of molds on shower side .lastly the kettle provided has burning smell when using it
Bathroom towel and bathroom rug is also dirty. No hygiene
Room 408/406 - the toilet bowl will not flush, it over flow when flushing. very dirty. Can not even fix it even after changing toilet bowl itself
The key card is not working, we need to always use manual keys to open the room.
I find that the hotel is new but the amenities is not well maintained. we requested to change room so that we will have better stay but they don't have spare room. And unfortunately they are not able to fix the issues we escalate to them.
so we end up we check out early and move to other hotel to stay.
I hope the hotel will get improved and provide the basic necessity. And be prepared especially if peak season.
Overall experience is bad and dont pass the basic requirement for accomodation
