Недавно мне представилась возможность остановиться в этом отеле во время деловой поездки, и в целом это был отличный опыт. Расположение отеля хорошее, рядом с JIEXPO. Сам номер был удобным и ухоженным, со всеми необходимыми удобствами. Однако количество карт доступа к лифту и номерам было ограничено, что могло быть немного неудобно.

I love this hotel eventhough grab driver always send me to “rumah sakit” nearby the hotel. Room are spacious, tv functioning & breakfast also good. Just aircond (AC) in the room quite slow.

Check-in is very slow.Need to work on staff management.The staff at the restaurant for breakfast is not at all helpful or friendly.service is very poor. They need to improve.Breakfast is good and tasty with many options although.

Help my family to book together as we stayed at Aston Kemayoran for just one night in late August 2025 after needing to shift from our original hotel due to the demonstrations happening nearby. Despite the sudden change in plans, Aston Kemayoran turned out to be a great choice. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which we really appreciated after a long and slightly stressful day. The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating—even though we were last-minute guests. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a restful night. The bed was especially cozy, and the bathroom was spotless. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel, but it was clear that the facilities were well-maintained and managed with care. Location-wise, the hotel felt safe and relatively quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for given the circumstances. All in all, we were very satisfied with our brief stay. Aston Kemayoran provided comfort, calm, and great service when we needed it most. Would definitely consider staying here again under better circumstances!

Service is accomodating, welcome drink available upon check-in arrival. Room is spacious, smart TV can be used to open online channels like Youtube and Vidio. Breakfast is delicious and room cleanliness is great.

Great & strategic place to stay. Family friendly hotel. Has a wide range of varieties available for breakfast. There’s even convenience stores and restaurants available under the hospital area. In terms of getting to malls and places of attractions. Best to book via Grab or Gojek. Overall, get place to stay for families or even for those who are travelling solo or with couple.

Parking was not very clear cut, especially if you arrive late at night. But the room was nice and cozy, and I enjoyed the marts and cafes downstairs.

Good location, average breakfast (not many choice), a clean room, because of the green concept they don't provide mineral water inside room (not so convinience), sky lounge got nothing there except the view.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights coming from our Bali honeymoon because we were attending an Orchestra Concert in JIExpo. Note that this was our first time in Jakarta. The room is very nice and clean. The bed was great and the bathroom was also great. However, you have to set your expectations when it comes to the location. The Hotel Lobby is at the 25th floor of this tower, and the rooms are from the 17th to 23rd floor. There is an Indomart “Convenience Store” in the Tower Lobby but it closes at 10pm and doesn’t open on Sundays. There isn’t a proper concierge and bellboy service that would help you with your bags when you arrive. Hospitality is also just so-so especially because a lot of the staff barely speaks any English. My wife and I are not Indonesian (I’m half Filipino-half Hawaiian (Maoli) and my wife is purely from the Philippines). But because we are “Indo-passing” they usually address us in Indonesian hence there will be some immediate miscommunication and it takes time to get on the same page. But overall, the room was very comfy and the buffet breakfast was pretty decent so for the affordable price of the hotel, I’d still recommend it as long as you take note of the downsides I’ve mentioned.

The hotel is good in general. The room is clean, the staff is very attentive especially a staff named mutiara. She recommended a few nice dining places which very helpful to us. The only drawback is the e-hailing drivers confused the hotel lobby which always mistaken to be the hospital lobby. The hotel is next to a local private hospital.

Location is near to Exhibition Hall. Breakfast a lot of choices. Customer service is bad: 1. No elevator access card. Every time have to go lobby to ask receptionist to open the lift. 2. No able to contact reception through phone call. 3. The room and corridor are full of smoking smell. 4. Toilet facility is broken. 5. Pillow provided is bad quality. Requested extra pillow, it has a charge.

The lobby needs to provide more seats while waiting for checking in. During booking must mention non smoking floor, else you will need to Que for a very long time for non smoking floor. Locations not convenient for food hunter like me. Breakfast very little variety and the food I can only rate 2-3. The service is excellent on front desk.
