Location is very convenient. Opp road is PaiFang street entrance. Nearby a lot of restaurants. There is a morning market behind the hotel. Hotel is fully IoT, using XiaoDu voice commands for the lightings, curtain, aircon. Even the toilet bowl tech advanced (automated ultraviolet disinfectant, soaping, flushing, washing etc) using XiaoBai as the voice command for additional of soaping and flushing. Hotel serve nice breakfast and tea breaks. Staff are very polite and helpful. U can ask them and they can send all the recommendations via WeiXin/Wechat if you have set it up in your phone.

Great service. Great location. The room is clean and confortable with automatic toilet bowl. I check out before 07:00 and they prepare the breakfast for me to takeaway.

The location is great (literally opposite Paifang street), and the room is very modern and clean, will definitely book this place again if I am visiting Chao Zhou!

Very nice hotel and really very clean. Spacious room with tea lounge and fully automated bathroom. Good breakfast although not very international. As a flaw I would say: the restaurant is only open for breakfast and there is no gym. The location is excellent as the hotel is strategically positioned at the entrance of Paifang Street; practically in the center.

Very beautiful hotel. Probably modified from an old commercial building but transformed into a Chinese Classical mansion. Well decorated. Staff all very polite and helpful. Excellent location. Splendid breakfast. The only thing we are not accustom to is the AI in the room. Toilet seat cover open once you walk in. Curtains open automatically if you accidentally press the wrong button. After all we are very happy and would strongly recommend this hotel.

very good location, just opposite the walking street and xima road, good goose restaurant raw fish, and wonderful snacks. near to the yum cha restaurant. reception friendly and attentive. good size room and very comfortable decor new and spacious perfect place for explore the snacks by walking.

Hotel is strategically located at the south of Paifang street entrance. Room is huge and amenities is great. Hotel has room slippers and toothbrush for toddler.

Very modern china architectural design and come with centralised voice controlling smart system on switches and TV. The shampoo and lotion using famous designer brande.

The rooms are very big , modern, clean and nice . The design of the room is very impressive too. They even upgraded us to a suite . The breakfast in the hotel was good too .

The hotel service is great. - free laundry service. Great location to the 牌坊街. The only thing that I'm not really satisfied with was the breakfast not much choices.

Chaozhou Nanyi Hotel was an excellent stay based on two factors: Location and Room Quality. Location wise, it is right opposite the entrance of Paifeng Street (main attraction of Chaozhou) and have many eateries and convenience store nearby. Room Quality: The rooms are spacious, clean, smart and very well equipped. It is equipped with smart appliances (lights, curtains, toilet bowl) and you can use voice command to the Google assistant equivalent (Baidu) to adjust lights, off the TV and control curtains. The only issue I have with the rooms is the shower area, where there are chips on the floors. As it is a 4 star hotel, there isn't facilities such as swimming pool or gym, however you will get your exercise from walking all day in Chaozhou. Breakfast is average, serving mostly Chinese food and lacking western spread, but it is good enough as there are many other food options outside. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There go the extra mile to help with your inquiries. One of the good features is the free laundry service and there is no limit to how many pieces you can wash. Overall, it was a very good stay for the price point and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chaozhou.
