Had to pay a $20 early check in fee so we could go to the pool (the pool that was obviously not opened all year and we weren’t told. Once we checked in we went to our room and the door didn’t latch. Went back to the front desk and the last walked us back to the room, slammed the door as hard as she could, the door latches, she looked at us like we were stupid. She then made us slam the door as hard as possible. Fast forward, we go outside to see that the pool is closed and hasn’t been open in what looks like a decade. We decided we’re going to hook our roku up, couldn’t do that because half the outlets didn’t work. We then decided to just watch tv and when we did that the tv would only work for roughly 3 minutes at a time then the cable would cut out. It did it the whole 24 hours we were there. That normally wouldn’t be a big deal but we had nothing to do since we didn’t have the pool and we got there early specifically for the pool. Later that night we went to the front desk to ask for two extra pillows, since you know, there’s two beds in our room. When we got to the front desk to ask, (because we couldn’t call due to the lack of a phone to call DVD front desk) she rudely responded with, “You can have one pillow and that’s it” for our two beds… wWe don’t want to argue and take the pillow and go off to bed. Once we wake up we’re like, “we’re going to go to breakfast because who doesn’t love a free breakfast?”. Turns out, the breakfast was terrible. 0/10 don’t recommend here.
