Our second time here, we were here at Chris**as and we loved it again. The apar**ent is basic but meets all your needs. Cleaned every other day the staff are always on hand and helpful. The pool bar is spot on. Fabulous BBQ on a Wednesday and paella on a Saturday. Brilliant service and fabulous white sangria. Can't wait to return.

Lovely apar**ent with everything you need, we got top floor with a great terrace, sun-beds and a sea view. Pool is small but seems big enough for the size of the complex. Spar, restaurants and some bazar type shops around the corner, short walk around 7 min to the beach. Bus stop 5min. Little bar next to the pool, sorry but we haven’t tried anything there. We would stay again.

My friend and I stayed for 4 nights seeking a bit of winter sun. Unfortunately it rained very heavily everyday and felt cold at times. The apar**ent was pleasant and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. On arrival there was a bottle of red wine in the room. It was an 8 minute walk down to the beach. There were at least 3 different beaches within walking distance and all the beaches were clean. The cooking facilities were basic but there were plenty of places to eat out locally. In the apar**ent there was a microwave and electric hob for 2 pans, no grill. There was only 1 chopping board for everything (meat, fish, veg and bread), which I didn't think was ideal. There was no knife to chop food so I had to ask for one. Washing up liquid and a sponge were provided however the plug did not fit the plug hole. There was a supermarket 2 mins down the road. The pool was nice but it was surrounded by fake plastic grass which looked a bit grubby. I think this is a great place to stay for a budget holiday. It was a quiet location. When we stayed there were a couple of families and mainly older people.

Lovely quiet hotel staff all good and friendly very clean nice pool and snack bar receptionist amira was fantastic with our daughter Eleanor can’t thank her enough and hope to see her in December when we visit the island again big thank you to sol apar**ents for a great 10 days

Basic but spacious and clean.. Everything you need in a self catering apar**ent. Quiet area but not far from the beach and the square. Actually plenty nearby without going as far as the square. Pool bar with snacks open until 6pm. All reasonably priced. Would definitely return for longer than the one week we’ve been here.

Basic but clean apar**ents, easy walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Only thing that spoiled our 10 days there was having 2 cartons of cigarettes stolen from the room. Glad our money was in the safe. My advice is to lock everything you can away.

We stayed for a week in jan and I have to say we loved it the apar**ent itself was very spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed there was even an iron and ironing board stored in the wardrobe The pool area is very clean and ava who runs the pool bar is so nice and friendly her bbq was amazing its definitely a must for everyone There's also a spar across the road for anything you need Mar azul restaurant is across the road too the food there is amazing by far one of the best meals we had also the grandfather around the corner does a brilliant breakfast

Pretty poor compared to other 3 star accommodation in Costa Teguise. Staff lovely, apar**ent cleaned with fresh towels everyday, beds nice and comfy, nice and quiet and peaceful. The plastic sofa bed was the most uncomfortable sofa to sit on and dates. On the downside, limited in kitchen for self catering, not even a toaster! No oven, kettle was hidden away in a cupboard. Kitchen units infested with ants, which we reported to reception and was sorted, the ants are now in the bathroom. Next to the apar**ent is a building site, so make you don’t get an apar**ent starting with a 2, there is also a 5G mobile phone mast on the top of block 2 which was less than 20 feet from where we slept. Over all cheap and cheerful spot in need of some TLC, but not for us……

Stayed for a week with my friend in 221, the room was clean, all the equipment needed for self catering (except a corkscrew for the free bottle we were left). Decent bathroom, although a bit dated and in need of a spruce up, toiletries and hair dryer provided. Room service very other day. Safe for a cost of 15 euro a week. Supermarket 1 min walk, along with a few bars. The beach is just over 5 min walk and the resort centre 10 min away. Check in was quick, reception is closed from 10pm so you will need a key to let yourself back in to the building. Nice pool, pool side bar as well and there are enough sunbeds. We had a front and back balcony, but at the back there was some building work ongoing. TV has very few English channels, wifi was hit and miss, neither worry me but it is for others who may stay, staff all very pleasant. Bed comfy and clean with good blackout curtains. Would I go again, yes definitely, the only downside to me was reception door closed from 10pm. Check in at 4pm and check pout at 12pm
