Awesome Location

I pay 300usd plus for 3 days and room quality not even 100usd quality , I need atleast 1/2 of my money back , this is tottaly cheating , online picture is not tottaly matching with reality

Staffs are very good and cooperative. Hotel is low quality and its bathroom is very low standard and terrible and small. The room is not decorated and light in the room is inadequate and the wall are discoloured. I don’t think it is 10K room. Maximum rent of this room should be below Taka-1000/- but the side scene increase its demand and it should not be more than 2000/-. Very poor management system. During Hamun we stayed there. Generator system of the hotel not worked. And we did not get the AC facilities and electricity of the hotel stopped at the night time and we could not sleep for 4 hours. Very pathetic. Hotel management should provide us full waived of the rent but they provided 20% discounts. In a nutshell, I thought I would arrange a family trip there but facilities of the hotel told me don’t do this. It would be another pathetic experience. This is my first and last visit in the hotel unless there’s many changes.

Neeshorgo hotel and resort a beautiful and well decorated place. One of the most hyped place in the last 2-3 years here in Coxsbazar. The most attractive feature of Neeshorgo is their infinity swimming pool at the rooftop. Their rooftop is also well decorated, maintained, and organized. Their buffet breakfast quality is also good. We have taken lunch their as well which is also good and value for the money. Their rooms are average and they are not offering any private beach.

The location is a bit off from the main area, but this place is much quieter and peaceful. The hotel amenities are good, rood top infinity pool is great and has a great view. Opt for rooms on higher floors and with sea view. Price wise it was value for money. Staff were helpful. The complimentary breakfast is decent. Good place for staying with friends and family.

I wouldn’t call this a 4-star hotel. It’s actually a 3-star hotel. There are permanent strains on the washroom titles (the materials are of low quality). The attached washrooms are too small (no room for shower). Too many staff but most of them (specially at the front desks) are unprofessional. The hotel is located quite far away from the main road (Dolphin Square), so it’s inconvenient due to the limited dining options. The foods in the only restaurant (Marine drive Restaurant) are of good quality, but there are flies and mosquitoes. They offer complementary breakfast everyday, but very limited menu. I couldn’t use my international credit card to pay at the restaurant. The staff working at the restaurant front desk are unprofessional. The audio system (playing recordings) is of poor quality. Very few people came to the restaurant during lunchtime and dinner time.

Dining option menu are limited.Staffs are very friendly.

It was a clean hotel.. value for money..

It was a great and eye-catching lobby.Staff were really helpful but sofas in family room was dirty and they really had to change it.However in the couples room,the sofas were huge and not as dirty.The breakfast timing:7-10am;must as early as possible or u will have to line in a long queue.Staff cannot control people getting out of the line and complaining.The infinity pool’s view is outstanding but like breakfast,it get stuffed with people and it isn’t the best place for couples or family.There is no bathtub in bathroom.Beds and bedroom looks really nice and luxurious.Although the bathrooms really need to be renovated.
