Cozumel Hotel & Resort Trademark Collection by Wyndham All Inclusive

All inclusive worth it bartender by the pool is amazing and attentive. Food is good but some dinner need reservations just a heads up.

Las instalaciones son muy viejas, intentamos llamar a recepción desde la habitación pero el teléfono no servia por los años que tenia ,las toallas que nos proporcionaron estaban mojadas, la comida y la cena es buena

시설 관리가 잘 되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 직원들이 매우 친절하고 우호적입니다. 또한 올 인클루시브의 식사와 식음료도 다양하고 맛이 좋으며 잘 관리고 붐비지 않는 리조트의 프라이빗 해변에서 한가로운 휴식을 취할 수 있습니다. 3박 4일을 묵었는데 기회가 되면 다시 찾고 싶을 뿐만 아니라 지인들에게 적극 추천하고 싶습니다.

Staff was very friendly and helpful however this resort is in need of a major refresh. In my room the shower head was pointing at the wall and there was no drain plug in the sink so there was an excessive amount of noise every time you used the sink. There is a "private beach" but no beach access. There are two restaurants but during my entire stay they were never both open at the same time. The staff at the bar and restaurants were attentive and the drinks were tasty. This would be a great place to say if you are a person who only sleeps and showers in your room but if you are seeking creature comforts such as a comfortable bed I'd look else where.

This was an average property, not the nicest property we’ve ever stayed at, but it was clean, great drinks, great pool and great staff!! No swim up bar and the outside bartender can be a bit grumpy and slow. The dive shop is right across the street and they even have a tunnel that goes under the street for easy access. Taxi’s were easy to get and usually sitting outside. A ride to shopping and restaurants were less than 10 minutes and less than $10.00. Overall, a good value and a place I would recommend for someone on a budget 😃

The PROS: Special dinner available only 3 days a week was good, but it was limited to first come first serve in the number of guests allowed and don't expect the staff to tell you about it. Snorkeling was good. Free bikes to ride were nice minus the break downs. Convenient location. About a 10-minute walk to town. If diving is all you care about, this place will do just fine. Cons: Staff is VERY slow. We asked for a Queen or King when we booked and upon arrival, but we got 2 Fulls. The next day we asked again and got it. It was available on check in but 3 staff members that were helping 1 customer ahead of us were all so frazzled. Not sure really why but they were. The new room had no refrigerator, so my husband carried it from the old room to new room. Dirty dishes from random room services would sit outside doorways for days. The workout room SUCKS! It would serve better to not offer. The place looked great 20 years ago but Shocked that Wyndham would put their name on this property because it is FAIR at best. Very Disappointed.

This resort is in a great location...just a short walk to city center. Although I have read some negative reviews about the food, I found all meals excellent. Very friendly and professional staff. I will definitely return.

Location great! Needed more lounge chairs by the pool! If you didn’t get your towel on some before 9:00 am you were out of luck! There was no washcloths, wish there would of been better knowledge of where dinner was located each night. Wait staff, both in pool area and dining was great!

Great property with amazing staff. Clean simple and fun. Food and beverages are good. Hotel is nothing fancy but always a nice clean friendly stay.
