Tulum Beach Resort Dakhla

I didn't like it at all the staff was so disrespectful (the new ones)the service was terrible we came there in 7pm the food come after 2hours ,the food has no taste and so cold to eat i don't know why and the most important thing is the prices of the food are so expensive for the quality of the food so for me i don't think that I'm gonna ever come again because i dislike the experience and i don't request to u coming because u just gonna put a lot of money and thanks 🙏🏻

The service from the staff was impeccable and very considerate to every customer’s needs. I had so much fun thanks to the receptionists who recommended me some activities to do such as jet ski, ATV rentals, and many other activities. Would definitely recommend and coming back for sure!

We were surfing at Westpoint and we found this hidden spot right around the corner. Good cocktails (hard to find in Dakhla!) and something like a Spanish tapas menu. Nice ambiance and professional staff. Definitely worth a stop if you're traveling around Dakhla!

Very memorable stay. Staff was very attentive and responsive to all our demands. Loved the spa and gym amenities (they even have a heated indoor pool and a cold plunge, which impressed me). Would recommend! Plus their hotel parrot Rambo is very fun to play around with.

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of 11, including 8 adults and 3 kids. We opted for two separate accommodations - a two-bedroom lodge and a three-bedroom pavilion. Overall, our experience was quite pleasant. The standout feature of our stay was the excellent service we received. In particular, Karim, who worked at the buffet restaurant, stood out. He was not only extremely nice but also very professional, always greeting us with a big smile. His warmth added to the overall positive atmosphere of the place. The food at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The quality was consistently good, and there was a variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes within our group. The rooms were nicely decorated, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. However, it's worth noting that despite the hotel being less than a year old, we did notice some signs of wear and tear on the buildings. This was a minor issue, but it's something the management may want to address to maintain the overall appeal of the property. Despite this minor concern, we truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The combination of excellent service, good food, and comfortable accommodations made our trip memorable. We would certainly consider returning in the future.

Great place by the beach ( No Swim Sign though), however, they offer an alternative beach at an affiliate resort that is nice. No AC when it gets hot, just the ceiling fans. The residence is set up nicely and great for families.

Let me start by saying how amazing the staff are. I want to thank Ms Jamila, the receptionist, for the warm welcome and treating my family and i as royalties. Thank you for the owner of Tulum for being caring and checking on us daily to make sure we didn't need anything. I will definitely be back. Recommend 100%

This hotel is a very special place - the staff provide outstanding service, the food is excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We will always remember our wonderful stay and the sound of the ocean as we slept each night. We highly recommend this hotel.

I was very disapointed by the poor quality of service throughout the resort, especially the restaurants. The food quality was very bad (the sunday brunch was a rip off, they advertise BBQ where no BBQ was served only small sausages & chicken wings, the music in the restaurant was so loud, and people smoking all over the place. some servers were very disrespectful ...) I don't think the owners and the managers care ... the staff need some urgent training if this place want to servive, because there are many other places that offes better services... the TV in the Room was not operating, there was no mini bar to keep the water cool, once I take a shower there was water all over the bathroom floor....
