Beautifull hottel with great food and even better services. Near city center. I felt really good in the atmosphere od the old 19th century Beit. They really put a lot of work into hotel to look like in 19th century, but modern and luxurious.

Best Hotel i have ever stayed in travels; not only about cleanless or luxury but welcoming and genuine hospitality and smile of the staff. It is hard to describe beauty of the hotel; amazing breakfast, confortable bed, large room and bathroom, very good quality toiletries, peacefull courtyard but most importantly hotel staff make you feel you're quest in their home in every second you stay there. Offering wellcome sherbet (sweet natural juice) was so nice. I would definitely stay in Beit Zafran my next visit to Damascus. Thank you Beit Zafran staff for making my travel wonderfull

Interesting design in the hotel.. Has a fountain pool in the middle of the hotel grounds. Hotel attendants are helper and friendly... comfortable room and large toilet.. Various and delicious breakfast. Scented toiletries and herbs. many facilities are provided by the hotel. Very satisfied

The rooms are clean and have amazing decorations, with an old Damascene design. The hotel staff was very responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Iam sure it won't be my last visit.

I cannot say enough about the kind, warm-hearted, consistently helpful, imaginative staff — led by Yassir — and the way they made me feel completely at home, despite hugely challenging circumstances. Lacking consistent state-provided electricity, the staff nonetheless make their hotel into a gorgeous, 100% positive experience. Using a backup generator (which might need a ventilation pipe), the staff made sure that the power was continuous. The hotel is beautiful, centrally-located, and elegant. The interiors — an 18th century Ottoman house — have been impeccably restored. They are gorgeous! Anything I needed was available 24/7. Breakfast was shockingly delicious and extensive. The bed was comfortable. The room was large. The shower was well-designed. Everything felt incredibly luxurious. They have plans for expansion of the upstairs veranda, as well. No detail has been missed in the 5-year restoration project — one that they completed in 2011, just in time to face a Civil War, a global pandemic, a resource blockade, a nearby earthquake, and an inflation crisis. How the staff and Yassir persevere, in spite of all this, is one of the great mysteries of my time in Syria. Knowledgeable about everything and genuinely kind, this is a business that deserves to survive and thrive.

Such a pretty hotel, most amazing rooms, kind and super friendly staff and delicious breakfast. We really had the best night in Damascus thanks to the hotel staff and its owner. It is located directly in the old city and you can do all sightseeing from there by foot. In the evening you can reach some bars and restaurants within a few minutes. Our experience was just amazing. Will definitely come back once I am back in Damascus.

I had the pleasure of staying at Beit Zafran hotel in the old city of Damascus during my recent visit to the city. I was deeply impressed by the level of service and comfort the hotel provided.
