If you are a pure veg person and looking for mountain view hotels in Darjeeling, this is a very good place for stay. The view, rooms, services, food options and the taste everything was just superb. Ranging from the receptionist to the staffs in dining area helping us serve food to including all the housekeeping staffs were very welcoming and at service whenever needed . Great experience.

Because there is no lift to go 5th floor, and roof top floor they have booked, this is very much overpriced, i am too much unhappy with mmt for hotel booking. But your driver mr. Subba is very very nice person and good driver. Thanks.

My room number is 101 there was a big window from the window we can see that he use conjun jaunga in front of me but the sky was to cloud-but the sky was to cloud when i visited the place so there is no kanchenjunga the room is quite small there was no smart tv. Bed was so comfortable. Bathrooms well maintained but geyser is not working on last day. Hotel manager and staff are good.

My study abroad group spent 3 days and 3 nights at the Dekeling Hotel in Darjeeling this January. The staff was very friendly and the food was amazing, home-cooked buffet style. Some of the best tea I've had in my entire life (you will be drinking at least 3 cups at each breakfast). The heated beds were one of our favorite parts considering it can get pretty chilly up in the mountains. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a brief walk away from one of the main strips and the mall. Overall, this was my favorite accommodation between all of the hotels in all of the cities we visited this month. If we ever find ourselves in Darjeeling again, we will most definitely be staying at the Dekeling Hotel once again.

Quite good but had to walk up to 5th floor by stairs otherwise its an awesome property to stay. Senior citizens please avoid

Property location is good however guest need to upgrade 4th floor by stairs, no lift is available. Service is really bad. We asked drinking water 4 times but they don't provided. Aldo standard room quality was not good only deluxe room is good.

Me and my family was stayed 19/06 to 23/06 in double bed view room. Stay was very good. View from window was excellent as we are lucky to see full kanchanjangha on last day morning. Only i recommend to improve service and bedding items.

We visited the hotel udaan dekeling the ambience the room are really comfortable we the great view of kanchanjanga the staff are friendly and helpful the food service is fabulous the restaurant staff are really helpful with everything special mention the name of Mr Sonam , Mr Nishant , Ms Lila , Saurav for magnificent service

Very nice stay at this hotel. Excellent location. 200 mtrs from mall. Keventers, glenary's, kunga within 100 mtrs. Taxi stand is just in the front. Clean hotel. Courteous behaviour of the staff.

Non view room condition is very poor. Room tariff should not be more than 1000. 64 staircase. Not recommended for old age people.

The location of the hotel is amazing! it is just a few steps from the start of the main market street. Moreover, the ground floor and first floor have amazing restaurants. The view from the hill view rooms is also nice. The hotel is located on the third floor, without any lift. Even though carrying luggage is done by the hotel staff, climbing could be challenging if you have leg problems. The rooms are small in size compared to price, but this can be considered a premium for the location. We had a bad experience during one of the nights as few other residents were talking loudly till 1 am. As the walls are wooden and surrounding very quite, the sound was very disturbing. I had to confront them directly to make it stop. No hotel staff could be found at that time to complain about it. It is better not to opt for complementary breakfast as there are no options except a single dish. It is better to buy it from outside as a lot of good options are available in walking distance.

The very first experience of booking the room itself became painful. The lady at the reception accountable for booking was extremely rude and hung up in the middle of the conversation. Extremely disappointed. This is one area where people are in their most humble form to cater to their guests and this turned out to be the exact opposite one.
