New hotel, nice room with city view, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.

GO Quito is located in a wonderful part of Quito in walking distance to numerous wonderful things to do. The rooms and views and spectacular. But what really shined was the customer service and incredibly friendly staff. Each and every person we encountered was very nice and smiling. Dinner up on the 17th floor looking over the city was phenomenal. A great steak and amazing service by Geovanny and the other staff. Exceptional in every regard.

What an amazing hotel !! First impressions are right - starting with exception desk staff, a bar and loads of comfy seating in reception. GoHotel has luxurious rooms with smart electronic features, very comfortable king bed, clean modern bathrooms and views of the city to die for. Go to level 17 for the top dining service and see the sunset over downtown Quito and the city lights all ashine. My waiter Geovanny was friendly and helped with my queries in English. Lots of delicious authentic fresh produce from Ecuador. Decided to stay a second night to enjoy the pool and the service. What a delightful top class hotel!

Elizabeth was a great hostess, she made sure we enjoyed our time there and our drinks. She was extremely kind and attentive. The view of the sunset was amazing! Super worth it! You can expect ecuadorian food with a twist Xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

We had a woderful time with my family, we enjoy the beauty of the restaurant El Panecillo. Amazing experience, good food and great service specially David Cunduri such a nice boy, proffesional and very polite, We will come back in the future to enjoy once again.

one of the best places in the city without a doubt. The location is in a very quiet area of the city, very close to pharmacies and local food restaurants also the shopping center, to go to any place the vans station is very close. And many local buses pass very close. The place itself is the best of the best good food good peole good attention, and everyone with a very nice charisma. One of the best places in all of Quito. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience. Hotel and restaurants came highly recommended! My waiter Geovanny and all the staff and chefs at Pane Cillo were next level. I highly recommend dining there. I had the ceviche, the sea bass, and a must try for the experience - the Creamy Cappuccino Brownie!

From the moment we arrived until the end of our meal, David ensured everything was perfect, always with a smile. I highly recommend him to anyone visiting the restaurant—his dedication to customer satisfaction is remarkable and adds great value to the overall experience.

One of the best modern hotels in Quito. Both for business and leisure travel. I love how they have literally thought of everything, in topics where other hotels may still fail: huge amount of electricity outlets that accommodate all types of plugs and even USB outlets, an electricity outlet in the bathroom (cannot count the amount of times I have tried to do my hair in other hotels where there is no outlet next to the mirror), the entire system of lights, curtain etc is incredibly efficient, air conditioning is silent and works like a charm, huge safe that fits an entire bag and more, the reception is welcoming, breakfast is more than ample and the rooftop has an amazing view. Last but definitely not least: the spa and fitness/pool area is a dream. When staying here, definitely book a massage at the spa! Irene is extremely professional. I have stayed at this hotel three times now and always book a treatment with her to rejuvenate after a long flight. Highly recommended!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights before our Galapagos cruise and 1 night after. The extensive buffet breakfast was included in the restaurante on the 17th floor with a glorious view of Quito. I wish we had time to take advantage of the pool and spa services which were in beautifully designed settings. Jose Ruiz was especially supportive of us when we arrived at 1am after long flights from Oregon. When we returned he was attentive as well. The only issue we had was with the room light and curtain system which seemed very complicated. We never mastered it but we didnt ask for help either!! We would choose this hotel for sure for our next trip.

Super clean hotel. Very comfortable bed. Staff was wonderful. José Ruiz, the bellboy, was greatly helpful in getting us nearby massage appointments as their spa was closed the Monday we were there. The restaurant upstairs has a great breakfast with a wonderful view of the town and volcanos in a clear day. I would definitely stay here again.

The food, service and the atmosphere are really good. The dishes keeps the essence of Ecuadorian culture and taste, everything is make with high quality ingredients. And the service staff is friendly. Thanks Elizabeth for your assistance. We really enjoy our romantic date here
