Dream Vision Guest House

My stay at Dream Vision was a very pleasant experience. It’s a homely environment with nice home cooked food and helpful staff. I especially liked the quiet peaceful backyard. The hosts were resourceful and accommodated my requests which made my stay quite enjoyable :)

Good stay.. peaceful and good freshly cooked food. Food was very delicious. Most of the points nearby from location. Cost is also very reasonable compare to other resorts and hotels. All basic amenities are present. Very well maintained.

His hospitality set the tone for a truly wonderful stay. I was assigned a lovely room with a picturesque view from the passage, adding to the charm of my visit. Milesh, the owner of the guest house, is an exceptional individual with a deep understanding of the culture and heritage of this island. He generously shared invaluable insights and provided guidance on exploring the island’s attractions, local landmarks, and nearby towns in Gujarat. His recommendations significantly enriched my experience and ensured I made the most of my time here. As a chai enthusiast, I was delighted by their thoughtful attention to detail. Despite the kitchen being closed late in the evening, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had my cup of tea every morning and night, right on time. This level of care and dedication truly stood out. My stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and I highly recommend this guest house to anyone visiting—whether from India or abroad. It offers excellent value, and the warmth of its hospitality makes it a place worth returning to. I only wish I had more time to extend my stay! I’ve already planned another trip with a friend and look forward to coming back. Milesh’s extensive knowledge of Diu’s culture and ongoing events, as well as his guidance on exploring nearby areas, makes this guest house an ideal choice for travelers seeking an authentic and memorable experience.

The resort was very nice and the people were very friendly and helpful. We had a really good time there. The food in the restaurant was also very good and we enjoyed this a lot. Rooms were clean and we could always ask for more water or new towels. Thanks a lot!

If you are going to Diu, do not even think about going elsewhere. Dream vision has everything you need. I spent 3 nights there, and for of all, the accomodation is right in the center of the town. The sea, teh restaurants, some shops, banks but also local life, everything is nearby. You can visit the fort by foot very easily and walk through the town. The bedroom is very comfortable, with AC and nice hot water, all you need as well as a comfy bed. My favorite thing was that the door bell to your room sounds like a bird singing, so cute. There are actual birds in the common area, tables, a little garden, you can have a great breakfast there and meet with people. Of course the chai is delicious. The accomodation is great, but that is not it. The best thing is actually the people. The owners are absolutely wonderful. They are very very sweet, available, they have great recommendations about your stay, incredibly helpful even to book things for you, they are the sweetest. We spent a lot of time talking together and it was a wonderful experience, I think that they are the best hosts I have ever seen. And the charming girl who works there is an absolute delight, so cute and smiling, with great heena skills! More than a stay it is an experience and I would recommend for anyone to go there and enjoy a bit of the real Diu. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil, pour votre gentillesse et votre bienveillance. Strange room a little small for a big bed. Good value, friendly, helpful staff able to advise about tours and where to go, English speaking. Food available though only breakfast tried which was fine, a big tick for small and big size hot drinks, it was nice to hold a mug again.Highpoint was the garden and waking to birds singing as opposed to dogs or motorbikes. Location good less than 10 mins to everything on foot. As of early March 2024 2 of the main churches are closed for renovations, the fort is open but also undergoing restoration/ a rebuild? They are also ? building a promenade near the closest beach and either side of the fort and ? Installing a sewage system simultaneously. Personally the main attraction was the coloured houses which are unaffected.
