酒店位置極佳，到victoria street, Edinburgh castle 都是很近的距離。酒店大堂的大窗可以挑望到castle。服務人員親切，應對快捷。很開心選對了這間酒店。

這家酒店原來分了兩幢樓 有一幢是剛裝修的 房間進去味道比較重 後來多虧娃要去超市買飲料 出門發現一百米處 還有一個APEX 就跟服務員要求換房 服務員很熱情的幫助我們解決了問題 換到了另一幢樓的房間 那幢是新換了地毯 有點甲醛味 但房間相對還好 尤其朝城堡景觀這側的房型 面積又大 景色也好 窗外就是愛丁堡城堡 酒店樓道有飲用水 不同的品種 咱孤陋寡聞 不知道具體是什麼水 早餐自助+點餐模式 太愛那個蘇格蘭早餐了 就一個普通水煮蛋都能煮出和大陸不一樣的味道 而且還有造型 很好吃 也長了見識 蘇格蘭羊雜碎烤餅 還有烤蘑菇 都是之前沒吃過的 就是愛丁堡依山而建的城市 在城市裡要上上下下 其實也沒從火車站走到酒店 就是路途上要經歷多處台階和上下坡 沿途到時也能看不少風景 如果體力不佳的人 還是打車到酒店吧 酒店外面有一個比較平的廣場

Quiet hotel, rooms clean and location was brilliant. Would look to use this hotel when I return to Edinburgh

It's a great place to stay. They are refurbishing the hotel now, so some things are not as good as expected. But lovely staff, very clean, and so convenient

Great all around stay

There was no security bolt/chain on my door which would have been nice. Otherwise it was great.

Great hotel in a fantastic area with castle views. Nice and quiet at night and wonderful service from staff.

If you require a room safe book a premium room as they’re not in the standard rooms, your only other option is putting your valuables in a safe at the checkin desk. We were under the impression that all rooms had safes installed when we booked this hotel. They upgraded us to premium room. We had breakfast in the restaurant the food was very good with the exception of the beacon which was dripping in lots of grease everything else on the menu was excellent. We had a nice stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to friends

Lovely stay at the Apex hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Was so pleased with the location, right in the middle of the old town, and only a 10 minute walk to Princes Street. Lots of fab restaurants located just a few minutes away. The breakfast at the hotel is also really good and great value for money, would definitely recommend doing this. Thanks so much, and we hope to return!

Dear *******, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel Apex City in Edinburgh, booked through your platform. Despite my check-in time being 1 p.m., I was given my room at a staggering 4:30 p.m. To add to the inconvenience, the room's flush wasn't working, and there was no soap in the shower. Upon complaining at the reception, they failed to resolve the issues and insisted on changing my room. This forced me to pack and transfer my belongings, wasting precious time during my 15-day UK trip. I specifically chose a central location for convenience, which was entirely undermined by this ordeal. The experience was not only embarrassing but also immensely disappointing. I request appropriate compensation or a refund for the inconvenience caused.
