놘 — ,Было оплачено большая сумма за дополнительные услуги за завтрак в итальянский в кафе рояль,по приезду на кабале нам это подтвердили и все объяснили.Но на следующий день когда мы пришли на завтрак было полное разочарование,оказывается двумя днями раньше с 1.01 кафе рояль закрылся,и нам предложили обычный завтрак. Также поразило что когда я пошла на рецепшен разбираться,мало того что персонал нечего не знал об этом ,но вышла заместитель директора Алена и тоже уверела меня что завтрак в Рояль есть,пока не позвонила в столовую и ей сказали что кафе закрылось Как персонал и руководящие лица не знают что происходит в 2шагах от них?Не говоря о том ,что обязаны были сообщить об изменениях нам до приезда.Я потребовала компенсацию ,меня успакоили и сказали что мне вернут при выезде разницу в сумме в завтраке и дают скидку на один раз на ужин.При выселении опять нас ожидал обман,наша разница в завтраках была зачтена в оплату ужина якобы получившего по скидки.В итоге у нас скидка одноразовая на ужин 25% и эта вся компенсация,а мы на этом потеряли 300шек так брали пакет дороже с завтраком в кафе Рояль.Отпуск был испорчен тк настроение было ужасное и у нас и наших друзей.Представители гостиницы даже не пожелали извенится за то что натворили.Обман был в гостинице на каждом шагу,гостеприимство Vip за которое мы кстати заплатили даже и не пахло.Очень жаль что такие работники портят прекрасное имя гостиницы.

Ужасное разочарование! Заплатили за Vip номер с траклином. Нам устроили скандал и не дали взять булочку для ребенка. Уборка в номерах ужасная, чтобы помыть джакузи нужно было просить у администратора. Испорченый отлых и настроение. Никому не советую. Обслуживающий персонал грубо разговаривает.

Beautiful hotel by Isrotel with an amazing staff and great services. Food was amazing, pools were clean and nice. We took a garden room for our family which had a stunning view and a balcony with a pampering jacuzzi :) I was truely suprised by the whole stay. A great experience for a summer holiday !

Service is lacking. The move of the check-in at Farid Ram's reception was beyond criticism, all that was missing was for him to throw us the room keys. It seems that the team is tired and exhausted and it comes at the expense of everything. A very noisy bedroom above an engine room

The hotel (and Eilat in general) are very crowded due to the current war (Traveling abroad is limited and expensive, northern resorts are under attack). Albeit the conditions, the staff was very attentive and polite. The hotel is very clean and the location is perfect. But... There are no excuses for the total lack of vegetarian options at meals, the lack of parking options (even a shuttle to a remote lot) and the constant noise. I will not attend this hotel again.

It seems that the hotel is not prepared for a high number of people. Let's start with the very, very small parking lot they have. Of course, even though we arrived early in the morning, we couldn't find a medical parking meter. The hotel directs, along with a voucher, to an urban parking garage, about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel itself is very old, the dust levels in the room were unrelenting, the balcony door creaked like in old residences in Europe that have been converted into hotels. The TV was malfunctioning and restarted itself every few minutes, every time the room was cleaned we received two towels and had to ask room service for more, a request that took a long time and we had to wait with small and wet children after the pool. There are not enough beds and chairs in the pool. If you don't take a seat soon, and behave in a civilized and considerate manner. There is simply no room in the pool and we are forced to improvise and sit in the hot sun. In conclusion, an Israeli family hotel by all means, Israelis are known for their disrespectful and disrespectful culture, and a hotel that claims to be "Israeli" should know this and value accordingly. For anyone coming from outside of Israel to this hotel, I suggest you reconsider.

I wouldnt recommend this hotel to any couple wanting to relax , it feels like youre on a cruise ship , hundreds of people everywhere you go , you have to queu 20 min to get in the restaurant for breakfast and for dinner , you have to queu to use the lifts , around the pool-side people bringing there speakers and playing loud music even tho the hotel pool bar provides music You have signes at the pool saying « no jumping » but obvisously the 50 children around the pool jump and no lifeguard to tell them no ? All the men spitting masive balls of spit in the pool when you are right next to them is not what you want to see when you put your head under water We stayed in the Herods 2 nights before coming to king solomon for 4 nights and it was really 2 worlds apart , next time i should just pay the extra 4-500€ to stay all week at the herods On the plus side , the rooms are nice and the food is good as you have a lot choices that change everynight

Bad service, outdated hotel, never-ending line for the elevators. We got a room with smell of paint, they didn't want to change our room because there are no rooms available in the hotel, eventually we had to leave to another hotel We recommend not to skip this hotel

The hotel is really good. The service became awful. In the last 2 vocations I've been in this place i had endless problems: the elevator didn't work and i had to climb 12 floors by foot, the lights in the room didn't work, elevator stuck, and the reception girl forgot to tell us the room is ready. Atop on this i think the food was not good since 2/3 people ended with serious problems from the food but this is "unproofable" according to the hotel staff. Never mind, the big problems is that none of this problems got a normal answer or solution. Shame. We might come back but yeah, definitely wont expect a good service for the next visit. The pool is great, hotel service people are nice and breakfast is very good!

(1) The location: Good (2) The food: Very good, prepared well, & a variety (3) We stayed in a room on the 8th floor, positioned over hotel physical things which caused so much noise that we couldn't open the porch door because of the noise. I asked the hotel to move us, they said that the hotel is full & there's no available room. Fortunately we came as part of a group, so we complained to the group director, she called the hotel & they found a room & moved us. (4) The previous room & the new rooms are inadequately lit. There are no lights attached to the ceiling. (5) In the first room there was alight standing on the floor which provided some needed light. But this light was missing in the 2nd room. I complained to the front desk & they confirmed that this light should have been there & that she'd take care of it. But no light came. I complained 2 or 3 additional times but no light showed up. I should add that this is our 4th day here & we'll leave tomorrow. (6) Bring your own body lotion because the hotel doesn't provide any.

We got a room like we asked. High floor view of the pool. The room is clean. Comfortable bed, excellent service from the staff. Rich breakfasts and a varied and delicious dinner The hotel is located on the north coast. Close to everything . Perfect location

We stayed for three nights and we had the a really good time in the king Solomon. Rooms were clean entertainment every night clean pool and fantastic food.staff was also ever so nice and polite. Franko neama erez were amazing and made us feel so welcome specially after 15 years since we’ve been there last . highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy their holiday.We are definitely coming back.❤️ Thank you king Solomon for everything you were absolutely stars 10 out of 10 ❗️ Lou and Joelle 👍👍👍

Mostly good with a few niggles So my wife and I plus our son stayed here for 3 nights. First the good: Check in was easy, the room was clean and the service was good. Breakfast was very good even by Israeli standards which is saying something since even the not so great hotels in Israel pride themselves on good Breakfast. We opted for dinner at the hotel buffet the first night which was reasonably priced (imo) at 95 NIS and was also pretty good (on an Israel scale of 1-10 I'd give it an 8.5 - that's better than a ten elsewhere). We also opted for shabbat dinner which was also very good. There were a broad array of religious people there ranging from not religious to orthodox (though I did not note many black yalmulka types). For reference there was a shabbat morning Minyan that had about 40-50 people so I didn't feel out of place. The hotel is also about a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and across the street from a little mall which was also nice. Bedding was good and they had set up a second small bed in the room for my son which I appreciated (rather then turning down the sofa or nothing at all). Now the not so good: While the room was decent sized by Israeli standards the bathroom was subpar. Not only was it a bit dated and needed a refresh but they put us for some reason in a handicap room. Normally that means a larger bathroom not a more cramped one but that wasn't the case here. It was so bad that the toilet basically makes you tuck your legs under the sink when using it. I have never seen anything like it. It also had a swing away glass door /wall that would not fully close and there was no way to prevent water from going everywhere when bathing. Management clearly knew this because there was a squeegy in the room. Also, the the accessible equipment bolted to the wall it made a cramped space even worse. The other niggle was parking . They basically have none (not uncommon in Israeli hotels). This only gets the hotel a small ding as there is an underground garage about 1 block away that is just 35 NIS (around $9) to park per day. I thought that was reasonable. Pro tip - if you use the garage keep your reciept if you plan on returning. They charge per day and they will give you credit if you come back within the 24 hour period but they won't print you a new ticket so you won't be able to pay on the way out the second time unless you kept it. One other word for the wise - stay on floors 3 or 4. The elevators that service the other floors get VERY busy - but there are 2 elevators that just service these 2 floors that are not busy. All in all I would stay here again though I'd insist on a non-handicapped room.
