The thermostat and heat were not working in my room and there was constant issues with internet connectivity on my first evening in the room. Fortunately the front desk staff was able to fix the heating issue. Internet was restored the morning of my second day. The final issue was that I had a guest above me training for a physical event. It was incredibly loud and distracting during the day and during quiet hours. I had to call the front desk a couple of times. I recommend never putting a person who is constantly jumping in their room on the top level. I had to leave the hotel and work at a cafe with internet access due to the noise and the connectivity issue. Although the staff and the hotel were pleasant, I do not plan to use the hotel again when traveling to Eugene.

I've had better but I've had worse the supply of pool towels was very under stocked. Should have had it supplied way better had to wait over 20 mins. for towels

Staff was very nice helpful and friendly. Sofa bed was very old , worn out; terrible condition. we couldn’t sleep all night.

Nice views from my room. I will definitely come back because of your amazing pet policy. Its nice to be able to use the pool area during time when the young guest are fast asleep.

The room was not cleaned, was dirty inside . The microwave was dirty inside. There were cobwebs all over, especially at the Soda machine. Just disappointing overall.

Always able to get the room cleaned and new towels when requested. Appreciate that! Good service!!

Furnishings were a bit worn, with what looked like dried glue on parts of the desk surface and on the right armrest of the desk chair, but overall, it’s a good hotel for the money. I’d stay again.

We stayed after the ice storm so I realize that some services were limited. The hotel staff were friendly and hospitable. The hotel rooms smell old. The pillows are horrible and beds are super soft if you like that. Found a hat left on side of bed when we checked in to room so I assume the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Meager amenities. Breakfast was basic. It presented like a budget hotel. I probably won’t book again here.
