I have stayed here multiple times and this stay had the most average customer service, cleanliness, etc. I usually love the exceptional service provided, but almost every part of my trip was just OK.
Pulled in to valet, surprised that I had to unload my luggage. (It has always been done for me.)
Once luggage on cart, I rolled into the lobby with the cart. The “Guest Service attendant” (bell hop) tagged the cart and had me check in. He delivered luggage to room, fully unloaded everything. He was very personable….this staff was the best part of my Omni experience!
There was trash on floor in room.
Ate dinner at the restaurant, service was slow and it was not crowded. Waiter totally forgot to bring wine. Finally had to ask after our food was delivered.
Multiple elevators acting up: one constantly stopping unnecessarily on a particular floor the other wouldn’t move. Let someone know and the response was, “I will let the manager know, but they have been acting up for a while.”
Nothing stood out about check in or check out.
Want to give a shout out to the “Guest Service attendants” (bell hops). Even the ones that were just in the elevators or lobby. They were very helpful and extremely attentive.
I stay here for the convenience & location, but will probably consider a different hotel next year.
