Hotel room and all facilities is perfect. Except one of officer at counter in the night time. I think she can't listen and speak english not that good but she doesn't need us to know. So her answers about the taxi reservation quite weird ( she said we can't reserve taxi in advance for tomorrow morning, we can reserve taxi bia application but taxi might not come, and anything just maybe...maybe almost every question. at that time we didn't realize about her skill in english so this made us feel nervous to miss out flight in the next early morning. Till my dad call to his Japanese friend and he told us that we don't need to worry, taxi can reserve via application easily. So we got nervous almost 3 hours between we hurry to pack our staff. It won't happen if she just ask the other officer to help answer us but she didn't.... normally officers in Japan can't speak english well but they will ask the others to help. So the customer can get the correct answer.
