Мне нравится останавливаться в этом отеле. Персонал очень дружелюбный и внимательный, а номер повышенной комфортности, который я забронировал, был достаточно просторным, чтобы разместить меня и моих двух друзей. Он не очень просторный, но мы хорошо отдохнули и смогли организовать и упаковать наши вещи просто отлично. Я считаю, что номер был достаточно чистым для меня, и я ценю тот факт, что они подготовили диван-кровать для сна до того, как мы заселились. Расположение немного сложновато для пеших прогулок, но использование Grab будет вполне приемлемым. Это моя рекомендация, особенно с учетом его доступной цены (я забронировал его за несколько дней до поездки, и это один из самых дешевых вариантов). Я доволен его качеством, несмотря на низкую цену. Жаль, что я не сделал нормальных фотографий.

Great location by 5minutes walk you can reach 4shopping malls … also food stalls so tasty. Affordable price with breakfast on the rooftop, staffs were friendly and helpful. Recommend 👍👌

I love the receptionist she’s really nice.They only have 1 hairdryer so I didn’t get a chance to use it. The location was ok they also have a laundry and foodcourt in front I believe. The room was super cute n they provided a smart TV so I enjoyed Nexflix so much. The guest next door ruined the atmosphere they have many kids n they were running around also so loud that’s the most important thing I’ll never go back cause the wall doesn’t thick enough to cover people’s voices

房間沒有窗户，管道就在房間，每天晚上和早晨，管道一直接流水，聲音特別大，而且很早，非常不建議來這裏居住，衞生勉強還可以

After checked out i called the receptions and informed that I forgot my Airpods at the top of the bed and they said they will check it and will inform us by WhatsApp. After half an hour i still didn't get any feedback and try to call again, they said they're still checking and will get back to me in 30 minutes. After 90 minutes I still didn't get any update and 3rd times I called, they said they didn't found anything and the room already used by someone else. LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!

I actually visit choska residence on Jan 24. For me, this is more than enough for solo travelers. The bed and bathroom are clean, and complete facility at an affordable price. Easy access to the Grand Indonesia Mall and public transportation. I just booked one night for mind-refreshing work from home, maybe I will back again

It is very well situated nestled in a quiet residential area. Located in central Jakarta with nearby street food alley and the Grand Plaza Indonesia. The property itself is uniquely decorated. With the price, it is worth the stay. On a slightly less favourable note, the wifi could have been better. For business travelers, it is essential that the wifi is stable and not erratic. I hope they can look into it. Also I would love to see the staff smile more. Not sure where the stress comes from but they need to smile more given that this is a hospitality business. But all in all I have always appreciated indonesian warmth and hospitality. I would stay again if I am ever in Central Jakarta again

My stay was overall okay, though there were a few drawbacks. The room, as advertised, didn’t have a window, and unfortunately, it was often damp and not very clean – I even found hair from a previous guest in the bed. The bathroom also left something to be desired: there was only one toilet roll, no brush, and the showerhead was difficult to use. However, basic toiletries were provided, which was a plus. The staff were friendly, though communication in English was a bit challenging. As a welcome gesture, there was a drink for two. The breakfast buffet was fine, but you had to go early to get a good selection, and unfortunately, only instant coffee and tea were available. The internet connection was spotty and quite slow. Additionally, the accommodation was very noisy. On the positive side, the rooftop terrace with its fantastic view was definitely a highlight! The central location was also a major plus, with easy access to many spots in Jakarta. Overall, probably fair value for the price, but I’d recommend this place with reservations.

Very aesthetic touch and expertly utilized the space, budget hotel with great feeling and very courtes and hardworking staff. They even gave me complementary breakfast instead of it not being included in my package. Spectacular views from their rooftop cafe, with very good coffee.
