Not bad, nice surface!

I’ve stayed at this Hyatt Regency several times before but never in a room that faced the inner courtyard. I find the rooms to be comfortable, the staff fantastic, and the amenities great. My one complaint with this most recent stay was noise. Unfortunately the room was in the north tower with the bedroom window facing the lobby over the bar. That noise echos all the way up! I’d recommend requesting an outer room or bringing ear plugs.

Very nice stay

The shuttle to Disneyland was great! I do hope they leave the cash pay option available for guests for the shuttle tickets. It was quicker than the QR app option & it was nice to talk with the staff. The staff was overall friendly and the ease of checking in/out was quick.

Amazing property with very helpful staff. My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The only small complaint was the shower head in our room was broken. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The valet staff was amazing with retrieving our car in a timely manner. Never had to wait when we go downstairs.

Nice hotel, nice clean rooms, easy parking.

Room wasn’t fully cleaned in ways hotels should be. We had a double room suite and were greeted with dripped food all over the remote. We called and asked for disinfectant wipes (to clean everything else) they literally just brought another remote and said have a good night. Towels are super super rough which made showering and face washing uncomfortable. There’s only 1 restaurant there so at day 3 it gets old

It was an amazing night after a day at Disneyland the hotel room was very clean and nice we were upgraded to a suit due to the room we booked being unavailable which was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful anytime I asked for any help. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming which always helps with the experience I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family who plan a trip to Disneyland.

They said they upgraded us to a suite, which we didn't ask for, but the room was dark and dingy the furniture was old and had visible damage from prior guests. The room had a view of the front desk from above and and the lobby. Not very inspiring. The mattress was ok (it leaned to one side slightly) and the pillows were good, and we were staying only 1 night so it was fine, but certainly not what one would expect of a 4 star hotel. Charging extra to park is a little much $28, and also charging a $75 deposit for damage? Really? You have the credit card on file...we don't have kids...not very hospitable. It was refundable, but it doesn't feel nice to be at the Hyatt Regency and not be trusted to be a decent guest.

This hotel is old and it shows. Loud A/C unit, loud refrigerator, and the shower broke during my visit.
