Basic no frills— no TV but a place where you want to spend all your time in the gorgeous setting— on the trails! Super clean and has everything you need.

All the activities are definitely what drew us into this property but upon arrival the rooms were well below clean, food stains on walls, hair in shower, blood splatter on ceilings, carpets stained. The rooms need to be deep cleaned.

Near Winter Park ski resort. Coffee was available in our building but creamer was very bad. No TV in room which wasn't a big deal for us but could be for people.

I find that this is a very convenient place to do many activities in one place especially with kids. Very beautiful breathtaking views. I disliked the fact that check in is until 6pm. One night is not sufficient. I’ll be coming back in the summer to have the experience. We definitely had fun.

First time there, would stay again if I had to. Appears to be a summer/winter camp with hotel rooms. Nothing wrong with it, but it is rustic on a very large property in the country, nice. Room was very basic, heat was not able to keep up with cold winter night. 2 doubles and a bunk bed for 2, all the basics. Alot of families there, poor lighting to find our building, there are many different buildings that you could stay in.

3 hour late check in. We were there at 3pm with 16 degree weather and could not get into our room until 6p. I spoke with the manager multiple times and he defended that time. No TVs in the rooms or family rooms. No utensils available in the cabins. Had to trek through the snow to get utensils to eat with. They tried to charge me for the bowls to take back to my room. The indoor pool area was set at 68 degrees! I asked if they could turn the heat up so we could actually use the pool, and they just shrugged their shoulders. No sledding hills available even with 4 inches of snow the night before. Beds are super uncomfortable. Room temp does not work. It was 80 degrees in the room the entire time. We ended up opening a window to fall asleep.
