Beware this hotel IS NO WHERE NEAR LAKE HALLSTATT. Booked this hotel because Trip recommended it and listed it when searched for "Lake Hallstatt". I had to request for a cancellation after realizing there is no transport around and it is not in the same tourist spot. Even if I found a transport the traveling time would not be able to fit in my already booked cross-border train tickets and flights. I even had to book another hotel because it was required for immigration entrance clearance. Requested cancellation on 15th Feb, the hotel was supposed to provide an answer by 5.30pm and they kept delaying it.  After 3 hours delay then the hotel finally replied and rejected the cancellation. They even sent an email to "expect and welcome" my arrival right after the rejection despite I said I would not be checking in. Very well. I can see why they need to leech Lake Hallstatt to get customers. In a separate email, the hotel even said I "DELIBERATELY" choose no refund booking. Sir, I chose no refund bookings for all my bookings because I did not expect anyone would be this low and it had never happened to me before so I had 100% confidence with the hotels listed on trip.  On all the 4 hotels I had booked for my trip including the one I booked to replace you, YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE CAUSING TROUBLE AND GAVE FALSE INFO. Trip has decided to compensate me half of the fund which I think is a good gesture from them. As for this hotel? Avoid if you can even if you need to visit Lake Grundlsee.  Message to the genius behind this hotel - Be a better person. 

Amazing place with beautiful water view

Overall is good, a little bit pricy but worth the view. Only things to note is that they are very go green, so no AC.

Excellent view

衞生細節不到位，枕頭上有根頭髮（價格比其它地方貴不是一點但是沒注意這種小事情，很失望）。寫着一張大床但實際上是兩張單人床拼成的。前台有個員工神情有點怪異。隔音一般，住底樓樓上有人蹦跳吵鬧能聽到。風景優美，餐館不錯。提行李步行上山略不便，開車比較好。

房間不錯有廚房，景色很美，服務也挺好，自助的早餐很好，超越歐洲一些酒店的五星級；晚餐很優秀，價格合適，適合療養度假。

面向湖區，非常漂亮，非常滿意，自助餐非常豐富，從酒店可以沿着湖區漫步，宛如童話般的山水畫面，值得再次入住。

環境完全超出預期的灑店，周圍環境如仙境般的寧靜和美麗，已經推薦給朋友來度假，早餐也優質且豐富美味，適合住三天以上的放鬆，我住了二晚太短了！個人認為比哈爾施塔特更適合度假放鬆，人很少，靜謐的完美湖景，是我這此歐洲行最愛的酒店，也是這麼多年旅行的Top1!

冬季的Grundlsee太美了，Mondi是個度假村，有泳池、桑拿，還有這片最好的餐廳～ 本地魚簡直太好吃了！ 服務員都非常友好和熱情，住在小木屋，看着雪景，簡直了～ Ps不是所有小木屋都能直接看到湖景，小木屋有可能朝四個方向。 太美了～ 秒殺Hallstatt和巴登伊舍

比起哈爾施塔特這裏幽靜太多太多了，大家可以先去哈爾施塔特逛逛再開車去格倫德爾湖，車程半小時。酒店有鍋子、廚具上山自己煮問題都不大

房間非常好，推開窗就是湖景，白天還能聽到小鳥悦耳的叫聲，早餐也不錯，太適合度假了！唯一不足的地方就是客房服務（好像沒有house keeping）不太周到，需要什麼衹能和前台説，有天傍晚和前台要盒紙巾，告訴我就是沒有（好像衹有白天打掃衞生的時候才可以更換）

酒店有温泉，來的太晚沒趕上。早上開窗看得到的景色就值回了住宿費
