Simon was exceptional! Brought us around in a boat helped us take stunning photos and was just in every way possible made our stay superb! Would highly recommend a stay here. Worth every penny. Very therapeutic and authentic Chinese experience (and given it’s the only 1 of 1 resort with a private lake and 40000sqm of space) it’s definitely worth an experience.

Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. The hotel is great is a must to go if you want a place to relax in Hangzhou, a recommendation in regards of the service is that maybe waitresses don't need to be so pushy when you are ordering at the restaurant and the minibar can have a bottle of wine or some beers, aside from that the hotel is great!!

poor toilet design. the toilet has bad ventilation and the drainage can be easily blocked. the shower door and floor is also poorly finished and water will easily overflow to outside.

What a great discovery this place was! Comparable with brands such as Aman, Banyan Tree and Ahn Luh. As you enter the property over a causeway, through a pond of lily pads, you will view the traditional architecture of the lobby house and know you have arrived somewhere special. As you progress through the hotel you will find a beautiful infinity pool, overlooking the wetland. This is adjoined to a library, where a variety of cultural activities such as incense making and tea craft are offered each day. Across from the pool is the hotel’s restaurant. Where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed , whilst taking in more views of the wetlands natural beauty. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with modern facilities including a Dyson hairdryer and a refrigerator stocked with numerous beverages, that were all complimentary. Before departing Shanghai, I received a call from Felipe, who provided me with an excellent butler service throughout my stay. She confirmed my arrival time and offered to help with any transfers. Once I arrived, Felipe and Ethan from front desk showed me around the property and introduced the room and its facilities thoroughly. Felipe added my WeChat and would be available for me anytime I needed. Whilst at the pool, I asked Felipe whether I could order some snacks. Not only did she have them delivered quickly, but also confirmed whether they had arrived. That was very kind and thoughtful of her. The following day, I asked Felipe for ideas of things to do that do after breakfast. As soon as I took my last sip of coffee, a boat was waiting for me. The captain of the boat was Simon, one of the hotel’s managers and a former Aman employee. Felipe and Simon gave me a boat tour around the property, followed by a personal and complimentary tour of the village, where I was bought some local persimmons. It was the aesthetic of a luxury, Jiangnan style hotel that initially attracted me. However, it was the warm, heartfelt service that made this trip so enjoyable. If there was anything that could be improved, I would suggest widening the dining options, supplying English menus and improving table watching in the restaurant. Parents should also be aware that the pool is quite deep and they need to accompany their children at all times. That being said, Savoir is a wonderful hotel with amazing service and the perfect destination for a few days rest from the noisy and busy outside world.

這次杭州行的第一站-所見西溪，給我們的行程開了個好頭！ 從杭州西站打車過去很方便，專車可以直接開到景區裏面的酒店門口，因為酒店前台提前加我溝通了到達時間，當我們快到的時候，已經有兩個小夥子在門口等我們幫我們拿行李，入住登記並確定第二天的早餐主食。進入房間時候看到房間阿姨剛插好才採摘的荷花及蓮蓬。 酒店的泳池小朋友很喜歡，旁邊還配了泳圈和玩水玩具。一家人玩的很開心。 我們吃完早飯看到隔壁退房的房間阿姨在收拾，床墊被子都拿出來曬太陽，難怪睡起來這麼舒服～ 整個酒店衹有26間房子，人不多不會太嘈雜。另外，如果去濕地免費區域的景點或者到門口，都可以讓門口的師傅電瓶車送過去，實在是太方便了！

也是無意中知道這個寶藏酒店，趕緊就訂了房。白天玩了漂流後形色匆匆疲憊不堪來到酒店，入住後體驗非常不錯疲憊也少了一半。首先是環境非常棒，小橋流水，景色很好，隨處都是景色，我們給孩子帶了個漢服，拍了照片，很出彩。我們住的是個小院子，一進門就很温馨。第二是配置不錯，房間裏床鋪乾淨整潔，電吹風還是戴森的，浴缸還貼心地配了一個一次性泡澡袋。第三，服務特別好，入住時幫我提行李拎到樓上，退房時路上看到也是幫忙拿行李一直送到車上。晚上點外賣，也是幫在門口拿了送到小院。最貼心的是，我們是漂流完入住的，所以有很多濕衣服，洗了以後掛在院子的樹上，酒店工作人員在夜床服務時觀察到這一點，默默地放了一個落地晾衣架在院子裏，晚飯歸來看到時真是太感動了。第四，早餐非常豐盛而且很精緻，主食都是入住時選好，今天早晨就餐時直接端上，其他水果小食以及飲品在餐枱非常豐盛及充足。 總之，入住所見真的是非常滿意，孩子也一直説下次來杭州還要住這裏。

在38度的高温天氣裡帶娃住進了所見，這家酒店隱藏在西溪景區裏，私密性很好，獨有一方天地，一步一景，曲徑通幽。見我帶着老小入住，酒店貼心地升級了房間。這裏所有房間都有臨水小庭院，如果天氣不是那麼熱，一壺茶一本書就能在庭院裏偷得半日閑。酒店經理Simon告訴我們早餐廳旁邊的湖心島上有衹可愛的小兔子，還帶小朋友走過石橋去看它，如果有更多親子設施就更好啦。

非常享受的一次體驗，風格上如果説西湖國賓館屬於大家閨秀，那麼所見西溪就屬於小家碧玉型，自帶湖邊陽台，被小樹林包裹的房間非常驚艷，甚至意外跑來一衹小貓咪可以喂，體驗極為舒適，值回票價，simon的暖心服務更是讓人感受到無微不至的照顧，完美的入住體驗

酒店房間特別好， 首日歡迎水果:非常豐富， Minibar暢飲:品種特別多， 夜床服務:服務人員熱情周到， 衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，環境優雅，老闆特別好。

酒店的環境，包括房間的位置，都非常不錯，很幽靜，走過一段湖邊的木質走廊就到了前台，辦完入住手續繞過前台，走上一段石梯，通過藤蔓圍繞的石頭長廊，穿過中式的小廳就是房間的，非常有江南水鄉的氛圍感。房間也非常大，還有三面落地窗的客廳，以及一個庭院。 服務方面，因為離西溪濕地入口還不算近，進出都有車接送，前一天還電話聯繫提供了温馨提示。餐廳服務也很熱情，因為規模不大所以都是提前點，如果種類再多一些特別是有一些特色食品，體驗感會更加好。另外，mini bar雖然暢飲，但是第二天沒有補充全。 設施方面，有些還是偏老舊且維護不到位，空調噪聲比較大，智能馬桶2個按鈕是壞的。

西溪且留下，去了N次，因為所見，會再次回來。住的複式房，乾淨整潔，房間內23度沒有蚊蟲。擼了小兔子，吃了好吃的早餐，拍了免費的旅拍，坐了酒店泊車去吃了西隱，一切皆美好。

非常無語糟心的一晚住宿。1、二樓紗窗非常非常臟，我都看懵了，實在太臟了。2、廁所馬桶的遙控放在床頭充電，我也看傻了，不檢查房間就讓人入住。3、一樓木飾面有非常多的不明漬印，不知道是什麼看着很臟很難受。4、電話沒有任何説明，怎麼撥打前台靠自己猜。5、晚上二樓空調持續低頻噪音難以入住，最後蒙著被子才睡着
