This home is located down an adorable street within the historic Puamana community. Its location is excellent being steps away from one of the 3 pools. Enjoy the relaxing lanai which includes a new outdoor sectional couch to relax on. Puamana is known for its private seasonal beach (we provide two beautiful paddle boards for your use!) and is in a gated community ideal for letting your kids scooter around or throw a football in the big mango field. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests.
