Beautiful rooms, very friendly staff, great welcome. Pool has great location, with great view of the sea in the distance, yet very quiet. Free prosecco and mineral water in the room and at the Pool.

Indeed dreams ( onira ) do come true. The place is amazing and deserves the highest score. Recommended wholeheartedly. It is evident that thought was put into every detail to make the holiday enjoyable for vacationers. The suites are spectacular, aesthetically clean, pampering and equipped down to the smallest detail. The staff of the place are pleasant and kind and go out of their way to make the stay pleasant, and above everyone with a pleasant smile and a lot of patience, the hotel owners ( the lovely couple jeanne and yosi ) walk around greeting, showing interest, and recommending trips and points of interest. We enjoyed ourselves more than expected, we are delighted to recommend and will continue to recommend to our acquaintances and we are convinced that we will continue to return and visit crete because of the unique complex.

The hotel is located a walking distance from the beach, fantastic amneties, and a lovely staff. Highly recommended! The view from the balcony and from the pool is mesmerising. Bonus- there is a very cute cat that likes pets walking around.

We visited for 10 nights and stayed in both the Delight and Bliss suites. Each very different in decor, but both were equally stylish and comfortable with private pools and amazing sea views, particularly at sunset. The staff at Onira Suite Dreams go out of their way to make your stay special. In particular Veronique was on hand at all times to arrange and advise on everything we needed as well as providing great recommendations for restaurants and nearby places to visit. Maria and Andrea from the catering team are also super friendly and give those extra special touches at breakfast. The housekeeping team were discreet and efficient, probably the best we’ve ever known. During our stay we visited the Hersonissos port area or old town most nights which were easily accessible by taxi. We also hired a car for a few days to explore and see more of Crete. If you crave a boutique hotel experience away from the crowds, you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely place - very quiet so if quiet is not your thing then do not stay here. The villa was very nice, was given a welcome pack (not a cocktail like most others described). There was nothing particularly wrong with the place but felt it didn’t have much atmosphere and nothing really to make you think wow! Eg no one at the ‘bar’ all day. The service became a little inconsistent towards the end eg we came in from a long trip and no daily water in fridge. Would have bought some if we’d known for example. One thing that was excellent was the breakfasts. Andrea did a fine job and we all loved the fresh orange juice. The villa and surroundings are lovely.

We stayed for a week in the Beauty villa and it was just perfect!!! Beautifully designed, very spacious and spotless clean. Add to this the nicest staff ever, Veronique the operations manager that accommodated, always with a smile, all our requests, and Andrea that spoiled us during breakfast and by the pool, we couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t wait to be back soon!!!

We had a great experience at Onira Sweet Dream. Facilities are great. The pool of the apartment was heated as per our request and this was really appreciated especially returning from late dinner. We also ask for laundry and again service was outstanding. Veronique is so nice and customer oriented. She recommends us places to visit and very super good local restaurant. Architecture of the complex is unique and well maintained…special mention!

A truly beautiful boutique hotel, outstanding service from all members of staff and a great location which is walkable from many nice restaurants & bars. We have spent a week at Onira Suite Dreams celebrating our 1st year wedding anniversary and cannot recommend it highly enough. The luxury suites are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Complimentary toiletries & robes are also a lovely added touch. We very much enjoyed a late afternoon dip in our private jacuzzi, with a glass of wine, overlooking the most incredible sea-view. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious, very fresh and lots of variety each day - the food is made with love and served with a smile. We enjoyed spending time around the main pool area, it is very peaceful and relaxing. The lovely staff always made sure we had cold water and even brought over fresh fruit platters. Our stay in Greece was absolutely AMAZING! It was highlighted for all of us by our experience at Onira Suites in Crete where we had an incredible stay from start to finish. It began with our outstanding hostess, Veronik who greeted us with open arm. On top of being so kind and generous with her time, she was also extremely knowledgeable about all of the details of the property, area (including restaurant and beach recommendations for excursions), and the island at large. She walked us through the entire property, introduced us to some of the other staff and provided us with her mobile phone number to reach out to her with any questions or needs we would have during our stay. When it comes to the property itself, what can I say? It is totally incredible. The owners of the property (who were lucky enough to meet in person during our stay) we understand have backgrounds in architecture and interior design, and you can tell by the looks of things. From the moment you arrive and enter your suite and get setup, you can tell that every detail was carefully through. While the property was originally intended for adults only, it was loved by our kids who are 9 and 11. They enjoyed the private pool and patio off of our suite as well as the community pool and cabanas for all of the guests. We give Onira Suites 5 stars and recommend it highly to anyone who is looking for a couples getaway or a family adventure to one of the most beautiful places in Greece!
