В целом наше пребывание было удовлетворительным, и мы определенно остановились бы здесь снова. Сами номера были чистыми, удобными и просторными, телевизоры работали отлично, персонал был дружелюбным и услужливым, а расположение нас вполне устраивало, с бесплатной парковкой. Я бы хотел сделать несколько небольших предложений по улучшению: 1) Пожалуйста, проверяйте свои номера перед заселением гостей, включая сейфы, чтобы убедиться, что все в порядке. Мой сейф был заперт, и когда его в конце концов открыли, внутри было обнаружено что-то довольно неприятное! 2) Пожалуйста, убедитесь, что все номера убраны к тому времени, как гости вернутся. Двое других, с которыми я путешествовал, жаловались на то, что их номера не убирают пару раз. 3) Если что-то не работает, например, стиральная машина, немедленно вывешивайте снаружи табличку, сообщающую другим, что это неисправно. В остальном никаких жалоб, и, как уже говорилось, определенно вернусь сюда!

Dear Hotel Manager, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Firstly, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. It was evident that the cleaning staff did not perform a thorough job, as there was dust and dirt left unaddressed. Secondly, I noticed that the shower gel and shampoo were not replenished, which caused inconvenience during my stay. Lastly, I found my clothes placed on the floor, which I found disrespectful and unacceptable. These issues significantly impacted my experience, and I believe it is essential for your team to address them in order to enhance guest satisfaction in the future. This motel looks good. It was clean and reasonably modern. Unfortunately our room was at the front and had some road noise and the wind was whistling and buffeting on the glass. Otherwise it's an okay motel with small rooms

Nice place to stay. feels like a motel then an hotel. Small room. small bed. Basic amenities.

Thought this room was recently renovated it’s far too small especially the bathroom compared to others available

The Best Western Plus Buckingham International was very nice. Located out of the City in the suburbs but within walking distance to local shops, train station and a large shopping mall 5 mins drive away. There is still some sort of construction going on but I didn’t hear any noise as I was out all day. I didn’t try the restaurant or pool. Reception is currently operating from a ground floor room instead of its original location. One thing though, the phone in my room and the safe did not work. If you plan to use these I’d suggest you check them at the beginning of your stay and talk to the staff. The staff were great. I’d stay there again.

Wasn't too bad. Breakfast was pretty average, didn't even have gluten free bread. Staff were ok. Bed was average. Was quite clean though. Bathroom was tiny. Nice little garden spaced though.

有一種古堡的感覺，停車非常方便。酒店衹有1層，很接地氣，而且院子內部很安全，不必擔心晚上門口有流浪漢。

房間不錯。但是住户要記得自己攜帶拖鞋和牙刷牙膏🤔環境和服務都很好。早飯也不錯。忘記帶泳衣，沒有體驗泳池。

房間其實還可以。一共兩層沒電梯。這次房間在一層。但是比之前的早點少了雞蛋，肉也單薄一些。沒有菜。但是有酸奶。空調不響也給力。床可以移動。位置贊好找。
