We mention in our headline that our unit is clean because if you've ever rented out a home before, you've more than likely experienced the nightmare of checking into a house that does NOT look anything like the photos you saw online and was filthy dirty. We make sure all of our pillows, beddings, towels, etc. are always fresh and up to date. Add to that the fact that we have the best cleaners in Sedona and you're guaranteed a fresh, clean destination with NO bad surprises. As a matter of fact, many of our former guests have even commented that the townhome looks better in person than it does in the pictures. We own this townhome as well as the townhome right next door, so we have two units connected to each other! This means that if you have a large group of family you can rent both units and have the perfect spot to hold a large family get together. The two units can accommodate up to 8 people. Gather out back for BBQ's or just sit around the table and chairs talking and enjoying the stars.As far as the location of the townhome, we are located IN SEDONA, with gorgeous red rocks right outside the front door! You can practically see Bell Rock from the front porch, truly an amazing sight. However, if you read our reviews, you may notice that some of our past guests make mention that we are "near Sedona" or "just outside of Sedona". To be clear, the townhome is 100% located in Sedona. The city of Sedona is made up of four distinct areas: The Village of Oak Creek, Uptown Sedona, West Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon. Our townhome is located in the Village of Oak Creek portion of Sedona which we believe is the nicest area due to the natural beauty and peacefulness. I believe that the reason people think we are "just outside of Sedona" is because we are about six miles away from Uptown Sedona, which is basically the "downtown" area with lots of restaurants and shops. This area is a nice place to make a quick visit to do some shopping, but not the best area to spend your entire trip. When my wife and I go to Sedona it's to have a nice break from our daily grind and to see the natural beauty of the area, which is why we love the Village of Oak Creek. And we believe that once you visit Sedona, you too will agree that the Village of Oak creek is by far the nicest part of Sedona! Our newly renovated town home is located across the street from the Oak Creek Country Club and we have red rock views from every room! From this prime location, you can visit any number of places in the newly remodeled area within a 10-minute walk: pizza restaurants, ice cream, sushi, Mexican, bistro, wine, coffee shops, and much more.The pool is heated from late March until October 31, while the 2 hot tubs are heated and available year-round. Two tennis courts, one of which is also set up for pickleball, are located close by for guests to use. We offer free EV charging to all of our guests, but the free charger is about a 5-7 minute walk away, off-site. It's a J1772 Class 2 charger, and you can park at it overnight. We own the charger. Closer paid public Level 3 chargers for Tesla and Rivian are available at the south edge of the property in the newly redesigned Sedona Collective, which is a safe and easy 2-3 minute walk away.As most people visiting Sedona are excited to explore the beautiful red rocks, we also include a Red Rock Parking Pass for free parking at the local trailheads. Iconic trails such as Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, and Baldwin trails, as well as quieter but equally beautiful spots like Sedona Caves and the Transept Trail, are all within a few miles of the condo, while accessing the trail systems in Uptown and West Sedona is an easy 20-minute drive.Free parking is included for guests. We have a single carport for private covered parking that guests can use. Additional vehicles can be parked in the ample open parking lots around the property.Located in a quiet neighborhood, many of our guests come to relax and enjoy the serenity of Sedona, so we are a strictly no-party rental and quiet hours are 10pm - 8am. This unit is also our personal home when we are in town, so we have many extra amenities we share with you that you won't find in other rental properties, so please treat it with the respect you'd treat your own home!We supply a red rock parking pass and EV charging card for our guests to use. If either card is not returned at check-out, a replacement fee applies. If the pool/tennis access card is lost, the HOA charges a $150 replacement fee (we do not set this fee).
