Excellent hotel very nearby city many facilities, great restaurants, very clean room and big room, staff here very friendly staff, reception very helpful any thing you want information this staff they know Wel and they are very helpful that what we need.

Stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed it . The hotel being the old French government building is very stylish and elegant . We had a lovely room overlooking the pool and river . The hotel has a lovely spa and a well equipped gym . Food in the hotel was good although we found the chair uncomfortable. The hotel is well situated too . The team running the hotel were superb being friendly and helpful all the time . We visited a number of local sites such as the citidal

This is a lovely hotel located on the Perfume River opposite The Citadel. The rooms are spacious and the hotel has a beautiful pool and an excellent spa. I had one of the best massages ever by Trang. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the dining room is very pleasant. All of the staff were very helpful and gracious.

Very good, professional and relaxing massage and nice girl, 60 minutes oil massage the name is Tan at the Atzerai hotel. Nice ambient, Tan has a good hands and the pressure of massage was as I ask, so definitely I had a very good massage and so I recommend.

Quite simply the best hotel I have ever stayed and I have travelled extensively fig business and pleasure! Overlooking the Perfume River this hotel is superbly situated just outside Hue. Decorating in art deco style it exudes calmness! Fantastic pool

Definitely the place to stay in Hue so 5 stars relative to other options but hotel is nothing too special. It is very large and felt empty with low occupancy. Food was fine and service was good. We had the River Suite which had a huge balcony and nice views over the river. Pool was nice.

Stayed for 1 night .Beautiful hotel and staff .Food was amazing and Mr Dat who was our waiter in the evening was superb.Wish we had stopped for 2 nights to really enjoy all the amenities.Probably the best nights sleep i have ever had pillows were like clouds .

Loved our stay! Service was second to none. The grounds and hotel were spectacular. Staff could not do more. A true five star experience. We transferred to the Azarei after a disappointing short stay in another five star hotel in Hue which did not deserve the accolades. Special thanks to Ahn (Sony) and Tam for making our stay one to remember.

My husband and I loved this hotel. Location is great, on the banks of the Perfume River, beautiful views and lovely walks either along the river or the promenade type area where there is lots to see. We had a deluxe room with a riverview - fab but make sure you book early as they are popular. We were lucky and got a corner room with an enormous terrace. Everything was very clean. The pool and gardens were lovely. The food and drinks offering was quite extensive. The staff were friendly, helpful and fun. Would definitely recommend

Great Hotel, excellent service and if you stay here make use of the wellness center and book a massage! The Massage is absolutely the best I have ever experienced. The Hotel room was buityfull, great bed, very clean The personnel of the Hotel is very friendly

I could speak so highly of this hotel that one might not believe me. The Manager, and Concierge, are very well informed and wonderfully supportive; in addition every staff member was warm and responsive. Every detail is attended to—bedding, flower arrangements, fruit and pastries on the nightstand—impeccable. The facilities are lovely: garden, pool and spa. And the location is perfect.

We are Here at the hotel for 2 nights as we travel through Vietnam and we just discovered the spa at this hotel. Definitely would recommend booking a spa treatment! We both got 1 hr massage and really loved our treatments. Trang and Tan are excellent masseuses!! The facility is lovely and very relaxing 😌 Thank you ladies for your special treatments

Stylish hotel a good walk from the tourist area. Extensive choice at breakfast served inside or on a river side terrace. Our room had everything we needed for our all too short stay including a balcony with a river view and an excellent shower.

If you want a good USA/western orientated hotel, this is for you. On the river with pleasant views when breakfasting but not located in the old quarter so walking from hotel limited. Food good. For us, despite the excellent staff, large garden and grounds and general decor it was insufficiently Vietnamese. Our (so called superior) room was OK but average for the price and the bathroom was tiny tiny and hopeless e.g. nowhere to put toiletries.
