Gorgeous suburban townhome located in a fantastic and desirable neighborhood. Near the heart of Spanish Fork and close to breathtaking biking/hiking/walking trails. Only 5 minutes from all shopping and restaurants. Easy access off and on to both major highways: Highway 6 and I-15. The home is pet friendly, however pets are allowed only on the first floor and basement. Upstairs is all carpet and we want to be sure it remains clean as much as possible.
