Watch the beach from any of our 4 decks and our large gated side patio. You can see the ocean from EVERY room! Enter the first-floor entry to the beautiful travertine floors and full bathroom. Proceed down the hall to a bedroom with 2 Queen Beds, hardwood floors, 50" flat-screen TV, and 2 large windows offering direct oceanfront views. Walk up the stairs to the second floor, greeted with unobstructed ocean views and a magnificent open floor plan. The large family room has beautiful hardwood floors, 65” flat-screen TV, and 10-foot high ceilings with two large glass sliders to access the deck overlooking the beach. Step up to the dining room with a table that comfortably seats ten with more unobstructed ocean views. There is a convenient half bath located off the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen has granite countertops, a wine refrigerator, and a large peninsula where you can sit and eat or just prep dinner while watching the waves roll in. There is also a deck off of the kitchen with more beautiful ocean views. The third floor offers hardwood floors throughout. We have a large master bedroom with 2 glass sliders to the oceanfront deck. Relax in bed and watch the waves or a show on the wall-mounted 50” TV. You do not need to lift your head off the pillow to watch the waves! The Master bath has a beautiful travertine walk-in shower with body sprays. Walk down the hall to another full bath done in marble with a Jacuzzi tub/shower. The next bedroom has a queen-size bed with a private deck that has ocean views and a 42" flat-screen TV. Down the hall is a room with 1 King bed with a 50" flat-screen TV. The laundry closet has a full-size high-efficiency front load washer and dryer on the third floor.
