Very comfortable & private for the location. Cozy covered back patio with fenced in turf yard, furniture & a grill usable year round. Private Setting - On a flag lot with two homes, that sets you back off the road and away from noise & traffic. All fenced in with a gated driveway & also a separate fenced in turf yard to comfortably enjoy the patio and yard without worry. We are always updating the home from past guests recommendations & strive to provide the best stay possible!Spacious 1 bed, 1 bath brand new custom built home. Some of the unique features of our home are; a large kitchen island with seating, open shelving that wraps around the kitchen, turf putting green in the backyard space (putters & balls provided), shiplap vaulted ceilings & concrete floors throughout the entire home, large sliding barn doors, a walk-in wall tiled shower & a cozy King Bedroom complete with a TV & walk-in closet. If you have any questions about the home & overall space feel free to message us!The garage attached to the home is NOT accessible for parking in, because it is the designated laundry room. We have comfortable parking for 1 standard car, if you are towing or have more cars than that, message us and we will try to accommodate your needs.
