Amazing location. Very comfy beds. Pool is way too small for the size of hotel. The pool’s accessibility chair was not working, which was a big disappointment.

停車需要額外付錢喔，停車25刀一天。酒店距離海灘步行5min，非常近,離大部分餐廳步行10min之內。如果不想走路，也有高爾夫車送去沙灘和餐廳。員工都很友好！早餐簡單但是都很不錯。房間也乾淨，推薦入住。

Когда я бронировал отель Pelican Pointe, я знал, что это старый отель, поэтому не ожидал ничего особенного, к тому же цена была очень доступной! Когда мы только приехали, номер был очень просторным для моей семьи из 5 человек. Он был похож на полулюкс: кухня была отделена от кроватей, но не была загорожена. В номере было две двуспальные кровати и раскладной футон в кухонно-столовой зоне. Номер был чистым, но имел странный запах. Наличие небольшой хорошо оборудованной кухни с холодильником и микроволновкой было очень кстати. На первый взгляд, он был хорошим, расположение потрясающее, прямо через дорогу от пляжа Клируотер, и бесплатная парковка, что было бонусом (ненавижу платить за парковку, так что это было действительно здорово, учитывая цену). Я думал, что мы действительно выиграли с этой находкой, пока... мой сын не увидел гигантского жука в ванной, это оказался таракан!!! EEEEWWWW!!!! Во время нашего пребывания мы видели еще несколько больших тараканов и кучу маленьких тараканов повсюду. Мы боялись выключать свет, потому что как только мы это делали, тараканы выбегали играть. Это было ужасно и ужасно!!!! Мы спали с включённым светом, само собой. Мы даже не стали ничего говорить, потому что если в этом номере есть тараканы, то, скорее всего, они есть во всём отеле! Если бы не тараканы, я бы определённо рекомендовал этот отель, но после того, как увидел этих мерзких насекомых, больше туда не поеду. В отеле нужно провести дезинфекцию и избавиться от этих тараканов!!!!

Мы с мужем забронировали отдых в отеле Bilmar на острове Трежерис, и нам очень понравилось! Хизер и Виола на стойке регистрации были просто великолепны! Хизер сделала всё возможное, чтобы сделать наше пребывание незабываемым и приятным. Номер был очень чистым, а кровать – очень удобной. Всё было в пешей доступности от отеля, а пляж и бассейн были потрясающими. Майк и Луис, бармены в Sloppy Joe’s и Waves, были просто потрясающими. От персонала до курорта и расположения – всё было замечательно, и мы с нетерпением ждём возвращения! И не пропустите самые красивые закаты, которые вы когда-либо видели! Грегори и Джанель

La habitación en general estaba limpia, excepto la nevera que tenía un poco de arena de playa, solicité un microondas y una rollaway bed, eso llegó enseguida, pero el microondas estaba asqueroso. La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada, allí hay salida directo hacia la playa, el estacionamiento es un costo adicional por noche, también cobran un fee adicional que te incluye cierto servicio básicos, no te incluye sombrillas, es bueno saberlo para que no sea una sorpresa. La atención en front desk pareciera robotizada pero el resto del personal hacen una gran diferencia. En general fue una experiencia grata poder olvidarte de manejar e ir caminando hacia la playa, boulevard, restaurantes todo está cerca.

We really liked the location and design. However, we noted there was no bedspread on the bed, the floor was sticky, refridgerator did not work, the shower floor had massive hair in it creating the water to back up, the towels were small and thin, and there was no parking option other than valet costing an unplanned expense. We were told there would be robes in the room but there were not. We were told we would have a gulf view but had to crank our heads way to the side to see it. We informed the desk and all they said was they would inform housekeeping. There was nothing luxury about this as it seemed basic. The resturant was not ready yet. We had coffee only which was good. Very disappointing experience otherwise.

Overall good place but there are about 6 elevators and only 1-max 2 of them were in working condition for the 4 days we were there. Great beach and awsome location.

Nice bay view at upper floors. Very clean. Housekeeping great. Room big and comfortable with good energy. Room shows still damage from water from hurricane Milton. A Hilton room should be more updated. Nothing worth in the room for a deposit of several hundreds of Dollars. Anyway, had a great stay and enjoyed the location. Lobby great for a business meeting. Also good to work in the room, big office table and comfortable office chair.

Overall, a decent place to stay. Has lots of potential but work should be given to spruce it up, even though it’s a very old building. Here are my main reasons for the 3 score rating: -great location downtown and near the pier. Super walkable to lots of great restaurants and shopping. -eclectic, cool atmosphere  -no onsite parking -bedding clean but bedframe was very dirty and scuffed. Bed firm but nice enough.  -floors were hardwood and appeared to not have been mopped or cleaned with something that didn’t rinse properly, very sticky.  -water in shower did not get hot, actually barely got warm  -door lock was broken -windows had no screens, shower window fell out when we tried to open it, most room windows wouldn’t stay opened  -tv was attached to a Roku (with only Roku remote) and had no main remote to adjust TV settings, tv was on a stretch mode so you couldn’t watch a movie or anything easily. -staff was super friendly
