This includes an acre of grassy hillside for stargazing, cooking s’mores or sledding in the winter. The remainder of the property is woodland. From the chalet you may ride your ATV on all roads from Memorial Day until Labor Day, and snowmobile during the winter. There's even an attached garage with overhead doors on each end so you can drive your ATV or snowmobile in one side and pull out the other.There is a gravel parking lot spacious enough for 6+ vehicles or trailers. The attached garage is accessible to you during your stay.Entering from the side of the home, you will find the laundry area, and a space for coats and shoes. Next you’ll pass through the kitchen which has been fully stocked with the cookware you’ll want to keep your fellow guests well fed.As you explore the kitchen, your attention will be drawn to the great room by the floor to ceiling stone fireplace and the majestic mountain views pouring through the ten large windows. The pellet stove is easily operated and provides a wonderful radiant heat sufficient to warm the entire first and second floor. There is no AC in the home, but there are two large ceiling fans in the great room, and three oscillating fans provided.In the great room you’ll find an open floor plan that includes a dining table with seating for 10, a sitting room surrounding the fireplace, and an entertainment space with a 55” smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows and movies.All of the bedrooms are located on the back half of the home where the shade of the forest will help keep you cool on those warm summer days. There is a large bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed, a large built in shelving unit for clothing and a closet. The second floor has another large bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with a bunk bed setup. The bunk bed includes a full size lower bed and a single lofted bed.
