Hotel Royal Orbit

Best stay here with family.we are coming for merrige but I like hotel Service is delay but all over is good need to more improve *** power in service. Service ratings 3 Hotel rating 3 Housekeeping rating 5. Beacuse room is clean well good or ***ner full staff. Special thanks to Mr karan he is very nice or guys . he make our stay good or comfortable.always smiley face or politely talk. Thankyou for this fabulous stay with royal orbit hotel

Worst experience. Pathetic staff lacking common sense. Specially staff named Pradeep. He tried his best to con us and showed the most inhu***e side of his and his hotel ***agement. This hotel needs to be completely avoided by women traveller's.

This hotel wasn't our first choice but the wedding season meant that hotels were busy and there were limited options. On arrival, you notice that the hotel is set up for functions outside the front door with faded wedding type awnings and other function decorations set up outside. It's all very tired and tatty. The reception area and the restaurant beside reception are the nicest areas but the rest of the hotel is dirty, grubby, ***ky. The sheets on the bed of our superior room were blood stained and even when our tour representative asked for them to be changed on our behalf they were replaced with better sheets but still with blood stains. Our tour representative explained that this hotel was "locals standard" and that pretty much sums it up. Initially we were given a superior room over the front of the hotel but when the wedding kicked off the music at 9pm we moved to the rear of the hotel. It's a bit bizarre they initially gave us the room which would obviously get the 100 decibel blaring music at the front but there's not much thought involved by ***agement at this hotel. Breakfast and dinner was fine in the restaurant. Nothing special but ok. We were at the hotel for 2 nights and were pleased to leave.

DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE. Firstly the hotel is outside the city limits, it's on the highway. We entered, 2 bellboys were at reception, no idea about anything. Nisa Dhaiya (i apologise if I'm misspelling) standing in the corner, laughing away on a private call. She comes in after 5-7mins and says i need to remove my mask for the camera (no hello, no madam/sir). I ofcourse obliged and opened it, informed her that my allergy (solar urticaria) was flaring up so i need to keep the area covered and that I was in extreme discomfort. She says 'no, as long as you're standing here, mask off'. Not only does she have NO ***NERISMS or Etiquettes whatsoever, she's not even educated or qualified enough to understand that she was purposely causing guest agony. Soni came in from inside and said that ***agement has said these are the rules - mask off even if you're standing for 2 hrs at reception and did so quite arrogantly. Uncouth behavior, lodges put up better displays of culture and etiquettes. The linens in the room were dirty, the toiletries provided were used/half bottle, no kettle- had to ask and then they provided a broken one, the elevator was soaking wet, housing weddings all over, LOUD music and louder guests. If you're travelling for a well educated, well behaved and genuinely good experience, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. Soni & Nisa Dhaiya believe they're doing us favours and charity by merely doing their job. Disgusting, pathetic, I've never had such a horrible experience anywhere in India so far.

This property is not a Hotel but is a Marriage Hall only. Front desk staff Nisa ***iya and Soni extremely ill ***nered n uncouth. Nisa feels that talking over the mobile away from the CCTV n allowing the bell boys to check in the guests is cool. Whole night there is ruckus created by the wedding people so we could not sleep. Also this place is far away from Jabalpur nearer to Bhedaghat. Bed linen provided was dirty. Toiletries provided were used by earlier guests. Very reluctant to provide an electric kettle which in any case was broken when provided. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY EVEN TO MY ENEMIES.

I happened to be there to attend a marriage, stayed there with a companion. Requested the front office staff to issue 2keys for the room for which they denied rudely and not able to solve the issue. When they are having smart lock and creating keys through the system they annoyed and irritating the customer with this non cooperation. Not recommending because of bad behaviour and services.

Stayed for two nights. Our room was spacious and very clean. Food was excellent (It's a pure veg hotel. We are non-vegetarian, but did not miss non-vegetarian food here). Staff at restaurant were excellent. Other staff were also efficient. Very good option in Jabalpur to stay. Note: The hotel is on the outskirts of the city.

The Hotel is little out of the way but is on the Highway . The location seems to be ideal for marriages . One was in progress when we were there . The restaurant in the hotel is good though it is only vegetarian . It take about 45 Minutes to reach the airport .

Hotel is excellent, Nice and big rooms well maintained. Staff are well trained and humble. It's good place for big function. Very good environment for organising different function. Pure veg food is quality of this hotel.
