I love the view from the 10th floor!

The service was amazing and friendly and the view deserved all the money.

I booked this hotel because it said “river front view,” however, the only view I had was a busy highway and parking lot. There was no microwave nor mini refrigerator in the room. I was very unpleased with the room I got for the price I paid. Will not visit again.

The staff there is always nice and helpful. But sometimes the rooms are half cleaned. Either the your gonna find dust around your bed and tv or the sinks and tub will drain slow. It just feels outdated with goin there. Smart TVs would suffice for the price. Other than that the riverfront view is worth the stay.

Floor inside our room and hallway was gross. Two day stay and to ask each day for at least one thing to take a proper shower (missing soap/shampoo/wash cloth). In room coffee machine under TV would have been a great set up, unfortunately no way to plug in where located. Bring your slippers if you plan on staying there.

Even though this is a DoubleTree hotel, it is owned by Hilton and i expected more of their rooms. No mini-fridge. Rusted hardware in shower and it leaked water all over floor. Vanity scratched, tile/grout needs redoing. GREAT water pressure. Carpet is nasty, sticky, dirty and needs updated to vinyl. Room was hot and muggy, barely any air coming from ac, we had thermostat set to lowest setting, 68 and it was 72. Furniture scratched and scuffed. Mattress is soft but needs replacing, it sinks from wear. A good coat of paint makes everything new again. Would Not recommend!!

Unfortunately the room and building conditions did not live to the Hilton/ double tree standards. The staff was exceptionally great, professional and courteous. But the room was disappointing; the carpet on the room was stained throughout, walls were dirty; balcony door partially secured; shower with leaking pluming issues creating rusting in the tub stopper ( and you could tell it’s been like that for a while) Very disappointing on the facilities upkeep since the building is located in an area with a nice view.

The room and its amenities were 1/2 a star at best. The bath leaked and was messed up, the room was not fully cleaned prior to our arrival and the cleaning in our second day still missed prior occupants things like pills on the floor (which having a 1 year old playing on the floor was a not so pleasant surprise) and a dirty animal bowl. They did not restock our coffee, soap or towels and when we went downstairs asking for towels we were told they would be brought to us, after staying up until midnight they never came. We called room service multiple times and never got an answer, we called concierge and no one answered and we called guest services from the room multiple times and never got a response. For $300 a night with $20 parking per day we are very disappointed and will not be returning on our next visit. I messaged a lady about our issues but since we paid through a third party they were “unable” to do anything for us beyond refunding the parking for one night and the price of two beers my husband bought downstairs. Not worth it at all!!

I gave this stay 3 stars because my room was not ready until an hour after check in because it had not been cleaned yet. I am usually not in a rush but this time I had a concert to be at within 45 mins of finally checking in. Although, the hotel did make up for this. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant and the riverfront view was perfect!

I will be happy to send photos. Shower had not been cleaned in ?? Left over shampoo from last guest. No soap in shower Pet stains on carpet…we did NOT want any room that a pet had been present.

The rooms were dated and extremely dirty. Stains on the carpets and bathroom was disgusting. The view was the only nice thing.

Check in staff was excellent. They were very welcoming, personable and professional. The room was comfortable but a bit worn. Minimal counter space for toiletries in small bath. Leaf blowers before 8 AM were exceptionally loud. We wish they would wait until after 8 at least.

In my opinion this hotel is in need of total remodeling. Including beds, pillows, sheets, towels, everything needs to be replaced The cleaning is not good and the smells in the room, elevator and other public spaces are not good either.
