Spacious residence. Clean. Have plenty of makan port and mall nearby. Easy access. Recommended.

Location is ideal for families to stay for thier shopping and sightseeing in johor bahru. Would recommend for family iof 6-8. Pax for the 3 bedder apartment. Swimming poolwasn’t in this use at this tower however guest can swim at bigger pool located at block next door.

Apartment has a nice view of part of Johor Straits, especially beautiful in the morning and evening. It's not exactly next to the sea. There is a good variety of F&B outlets within walking distance, opens for supper. The interior of the apartment is getting worn out and worth a sprucing up. The cleaning standard by the agency is poorer than expected. It was not well cleaned with crumbs still spotted on the sofa. Nonetheless, we still had a pleasant stay.

The place was poorly maintained especially the toileys. There is no hot water in one of the toilet. The temperature of the water in the rest of the toilet went up and down. One of the towel looks dirty. The Aircon leaks badly. The sofa doesn't look clean either.

Fantastic location for couples, friends and family. Excellent service, lions bay staffs are very friendly. Value of money. This is my second booking. Hopefully to book again next week 🥰

I booked a 3 bedder unit but maybe my expectation is too high, totally unexpected. The unit is not well maintained and a bit outdated. Not for fussy travelers who looking for luxury stay.

Bed was hard and pool was under maintenance, but staff were friendly and place was clean and nice.

Conveniently located above the mall, we enjoyed e varieties of food n shopping Beautiful beach where we can enjoy e sun rise n sun set. Also have a spa at the beach club house for you to unwind. Check in was hassle free, very clear instructions given by operator Lionsbay in advance.They are also very prompt in our request after check in. Would come back to stay again. Highly recommended!

Once time in Danga bay, read several negative comments. Was initially apprehensive. Took up the courage try out. It has ticked many of my requirements. Will be back

terrible!we was not able to check in cause they were looking for unit number that they didnt not provide and came to talked to their boss that they said they dont have any listing on trip.com.Gave us a lot of stress and problem that we need to book another hotel to have a place to stay in for the night!IF i were you ,i will not choose this !Now I am having a problem because they dont want to give us a refund??Do they think that 85 sgd is a small amount?why will we pay for the service that we didnt not even use?

The room I book is totally different from what I gotten when I checked in. The interior is different from the what I viewed in Trip platform. The impression when I first step in to the apartment was dissappointment. Upon check out when I highlighted the room issue, the manager and cust svc mention booking platform have overtaken booking for the holiday period and upgrade my booking to 2 room apartment. And I wasn't informed about the upgrade, and the room upgrade interior was way off and picture not shown in the booking platform too. I waited for the management follow up, Mr Richie to write to me for resolve but no news. Just promises over the counter.
