Horrible experience, staff service is very bad, food was not good, water problems. Air conditioner problem. It has been a very bad experience

Upgrade hotel room service, cleaning and required room maintenance also upgrade hot water system etc

Spacious room, galary door and curtain were not closing, center of city, location is too busy and near to railway station.

I use to stay in kanpur n visited aftr many yrs ..we hd booked 1 0 rooms fr functions all outstation guests who were tired cos of train delays n fog were welcomed by even worst hospitality by ths hotel ..we hd to cancel the bookings at the last min to avoid further inconvenience . My suggestion fulfill wot u promise ..cater to clients comfort it's service business n d service ws missin .. You should be courteous enough to repay d advance if not giving compensation ..

Bad hotel sorry horrible hotel sorry worst hotel sorry it is worst than worst hotel.Divya at the reception or u can call **** was very unprofessional, unapologetic, not ready to accept her fault & keep saying the whole day that u are not cooperating .Only go for a stay if u want to turn ur stay into a nightmare.Their is only 1 staff for everything who cleans ur washroom & side by side serve you food as well.They didn’t provide the basic service & when we cancel they didn’t refund the advance.There is only one word to describe them…..Ridiculous

Worst hotel ever. They are thieves. Specially the receptionist DIVYA. I booked 10 rooms in this hotel for a party and they did not have even the basic facilities like hot water, breakfast, water in washrooms, stinky blankets etc. Also, there were paan spits all over the bathroom. Hotel was not cleaned. There is only one staff who is serving you food, cleaning your washroom, housekeeping and mopping at the same time. Also, when we asked her to cancel she did not refund the advance of Rs 20,000. This is the amount she kept for one room for one night which was a nightmare. Never go to this hotel. They are *****. Instead go for Grand Geet hotels which is just next to this. They provided excellent service that too at the last minute booking.

Club size is mentioned on makemytrip is 300sqm, but it was 180sqm approx another amenities is standard. Bed is not comfortable for couple because two bad makes one. Location is good. Room service is good.

Very dirty room, no any professional behave for hotel staff to f very casual approach for guest. This not hotel this only guest house.

Nightmarish experience! booked one night on business travel. Informed about late arrival and when arrived post midnight, taken to lower category room first. When objected, taken to another room, but in the bathroom, the taps were completely broken. Discovered when freshening-up in the washroom. Lights were fluctuating. Raised complaint through mobile phone because the in-room intercom phone was a showpiece! changed again to another room. None of these rooms had blankets with cover and also the room keys, and they used a spoon in that master switch slot. All rooms appear shabby, walls and furniture, curtains not clean enough. In fact, makemytrip did warned before. Booking about this feedback from other travelers, and i ignored. It's absolutely not worth it for 4000 rupees (with discounts and taxes. Only good part was location, room size. Surprisingly, when i complained next morning at reception the staff said he is not aware about all these at all and he is not supposed to look after this! complimentary breakfast comprising 3-4 items with tea was served in room and food was average.
