Hotel Seaface

This hotel is at best location facing sea but everything else gets spoiled due to poor ***agement, which I felt was intentional. The hotel services are worst. They do not change bed sheets when a new guest arrives. The cleaning is not done during stay. The rooms of ground floor have large sea facing window but you have to keep curtains pulled down because outside window, there is car parking. The drivers do their daily routine here, smoke and chat. They can peep into the room. I had taken complimentary breakfast package but was shocked to find that they served several items from leftover food of previous day. When we asked the staff to change it, they shamelessly removed the trays and brought back the same after sometime. The same trays of "Halawa" - a type of sweet I saw for three mornings of my stay. I was having food outside. Rather than the service, the mentality of serving fowl smelling food is pathetic. I do not recommend this hotel.

Excellent stay with an amazing view from our balcony.i was an ten day trip to kanyakumari and stay in sea face hotel was the most memorable experience.special thanks to Mr.christober at reception desk who made our stay even more special.excellent hospitality by him.great hospitality by mr.kazhio(bell boy).the beach was easily accessible.overall a great stay and highly recommend.

Very small and shabby room, small washroom, no tea/ coffee facility in room. Free breakfast was there in our booking for which we had to go to a second hotel seaview- which was also very poor quality. We felt cheated as we were charged 35000 for 5 nights for such a room. We changed over to sparsa resort on the very next morning where we had a beautiful stay with much less cost. We had booked through Make my trip and obviously they haven’t done their homework well. We not only lost all the money but also had a dreadful day in the hotel.

Please do not go for this hotel if you are going with family.. starting from the owner,the lady who take all the booking over phone or email and stuff are actually unprofessional,rude and have no value for their customers.. I have booked a room for 2 days (27th and 28th Dec 2022) on first floor by paying advance and they have confirm the booking on 1st floor via email, but when we reached there they gave us a room on ground floor which was smelly and very dirty. Both me and my wife requested the ***ager and the booking stuff to change the room but they we rude and told no room is available in 1st floor. They change the room only on second day. I have requested for discount as they could not kept their promise of giving a room on first floor, on that the ***ager(a old guy which specs) started shouting on us in local language which we mostly didn't understand. My sincere feedback on this hotel, please do not go for this hotel until you feel this is the last option... do not take a ground floor room, those are dark, dirty and very smelly. The worst is they have taken the money and told receipt will come to my email Id, which did not come till date.

1.Rooms are big and neat. Quick check in and check out 2.Ocean view are great as you can see beach, Vivekananda Rock, Thiruvallur Statue and sunset in our room itself 3. Good buffet breakfast with nativity food like milk kolukatti, owl dish and of course idly, vada, dosa and Puri 4. Ample car parking 5. You can view the sunset from hotel parking
