Very friendly check-in. We could use our room one hour earlier than earliest check-in time. On walking distance from the airport with also various dining options nearby. Hotel has an half hourly shuttle service to the airport. Rooms are spacious, but the system to suck the humid air from the bathroom was way too loud. Earplugs are required. Hotel does not have a pool. Breakfast was good.

Good and comfortable hotel, breakfast is fine but typical US hotel fare. Only real downside is that the walls appear to be made from cardboard, neighbours and upper floor footsteps are very noticeable.

적당한 가격의 호텔로 주차가 가능해서 선택했어요. 위치는 시공장, 사무실이 위치한 지역에 있어 주위에 식당등을 찾기가 힘들었으나 시내까지 20분 정도면 도착할수 있었음.

Front desk staff are very nice and friendly. The room quite nice and clean but the size slightly small. Maybe next time to booked bigger room size. Regarding the breakfast is quite nice but all are premade the food sometimes are cold and hoping one day they have junior cook to cook the simple food such as fly eggs and omelet. Hotel location are very good and easy to go out to shopping mall.

Facilities are older but in decent and clean condition. Free coffee at lobby is very much appreciated. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Наша семья прекрасно провела время в отеле Hampton Inn Downtown Seattle. У нас был номер-люкс с одной спальней, оборудованной кухней и кладовой. Очень просторный и чистый. Завтрак по утрам был отличный, а персонал просто замечательный. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова!

The chanel lineup online that was supposed to be accurate was not so it was difficult to find something to watch. It would be great if the on TV guide were available instead of scanning a QR code and going to a listing that is wrong. It would also let guests see what is on instead of blindly channel surfing. The remote was slow to work, you had to press the buttons very hard to get the channel or volume to change. The pillows in my room were a bit dodgy (lumpy and broken down) and they all seemed to be the same firmness. I prefer a mix of pillows (some firm and some softer). and the ice machine on my floor was broken, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day. Breakfast was tasty and well-maintained, the room clean and tidy, and the staff were welcoming.
