We were booked into a room that should not have been given to clients because it had obvious water damage. The new room they booked us into was fine, but we were told the preventive maintenance was complete, and that couldn't be right because it felt wet in the air and I had some serious allergies that resolved magically when we were moved to a different room. I was going to ask for a refund for the first night because I was miserable that first night and I didn't simply because we were in a hurry to leave before checkout. I would stay there again as long as we get another very nice room.
